Story
Gizmo is a purebred Blue British Shorthair, from Best Meow Meow LLC. He is 4 years old, about to turn 5. Gizmo is a fun and loving cat, I have had him since he was a couple months old. He is indoor only. He was the biggest out of his litter, and comes from a history of award winning show-cat bloodline. He is very sweet, he has never bitten or scratched me, vets or groomer, anyone. I have grown up with cats and Gizmo is the most loving sweetest cat I have ever been around. He is my pride and joy, it pains me to have to re-home him, this decision has been one of the most difficult I have made in my life. Please see Zoey's profile, they are from the same litter and have never been separated. I would like them to be adopted together.

Story
Zoey and Gizmo are brother and sister from the same litter. Zoey is so petite and cute. She loves to cuddle and will keep you warm all night. She is a lot more affectionate than Gizmo, she is a purring machine. Gizmo is sweet but chooses when he wants to be pet, Zoey always wants all the pets and love. Zoey has not gotten along with our dog since we have gotten him, its been almost two years now, it breaks my heart. Zoey has a condition called Inflammatory Bowel Disease. This started just before we got our dog. It was a lot of back and forth, thousands of dollars on vet bills. It can be a common condition for their breed unfortunately. It is managed with routine and diet, stress can trigger a flare up. Her condition is managed now, she only has a flare up when I am out of town for more than two or three days. I would prefer to keep Zoey and Gizmo together since they have not been separated since birth from each other. Please see Gizmos profile as well.

Story
Chester has, until now, had a hard life. He lived in a colony outside for years. The lady feeding the colony requested euthanasia when he tested positive for both Feline AIDS and Feline Leukemia. Despite the diagnosis, Chester is healthy and vigorous. He is a healthy weight, has clear eyes, eats well, uses his litter box, and plays with his toys. He is also very loving and craves attention, which of course he did not get all those years of living outside. We know that Chester still has a lot of love to give to the right family. Please help us help him. For more information or an adoption application, contact Nancy Foltz at 704-616-4904 or NEFoltz@Yahoo.com

Story
Trix is a super sweet tuxedo kitty who doesn't let her missing leg slow her down. We've had her for 2.5 years after adopting her from a shelter and our other kitty does not get along with her. We've tried everything to get our tabby to get along and nothing worked. We love Trix. She loves to be pet and will come right up demanding pets. She is good around kids and allows our 3 year old to pet her. She is vocal and loves to have conversations. She does have a touch of that tuxedo sass but it only shows up in her dislike of being picked up and the occasional warning nibble if she doesn't want to be pet. She loves to play with pretty much anything she can find and also loves to run around. She is capable of going up and down stairs and does not have any issues getting around due to her missing leg. You will never find her on one of your counters because that is the only thing high enough she can't jump up on ( she can get up onto chairs and the cat tower fine).

Story
Mel (a caramel colored kitty) showed up on our back porch a few months ago. We figure someone had owned him, moved and left him. Definitely used to being inside, loves to be held, sit in your lap, eats dry and can food. Uses a litter box, but also goes outside. (Some male cats will spray, but he does not.) I took him to Humane Society of Charlotte, and they checked him out, had him neutered, rabies vaccine and checked for Fel V/FIV (negative). Would love to find him a loving home. We already have three cats and sometimes he tries to chase one, play, etc. He's probably better by himself or perhaps with one other cat. Not sure about a dog but have a feeling he would adapt.
