I lived in a home with other cats and dogs.I weigh 75 lbs and am considered a `large breed` dog. I am quite chonky and should be about 10 lbs lighter :)I am a very smart dog! I am potty trained and crate trained. I have a lot of energy and am still learning not to pull on the leash when I`m excited, so I would do well in a home with a yard or someone to take me to the park where I can get my zoomies out regularly. However, I am learning how to heel and walk nicely on a lead very quickly. I love the treats my foster gives me for being a good girl. I also am a good listener and come to my name quickly.I am an affectionate lovebug who would be thrilled to cuddle up with you at home! I love my human and wish to be with them all the time, but I also love to play with toys by myself! Being overweight can lead to many health issues and can damage the heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, joints, etc and increase risk of developing diabetes mellitus. Please follow up with your regular vet on a weight loss regimen.2) Blood in urine/urinary tract infection and crystals in urine - this dog was noted to have blood in her urine. We submitted her urine to the lab for a urinalysis. This showed evidence of a urinary tract infection and some crystals. We have started her on oral antibiotics. We have also started her on a prescription urinary diet, which she may need for life.
