Story
Bruiser is 4 yr old male boxer, very loving, loyal and compassionate dog! He is house trained and crate trained. He is great with children. He doesn’t do well with other male dogs but is fine with female dogs. Unknown if he is okay with cats. Bruiser requires a lot of attention and due to me being law enforcement working shift work, I just don’t have the time for him being gone from home 14 hrs a day. Please find it in your heart to take this sweet boy as I have not had any luck finding a new home for him.

Hi there! I'm Happy, an outgoing canine who loves to play! When I'm hungry, nothing satisfies me more than a nice big hunk of cheese. I haven't met any dogs yet but I am eager to try to make new friends. So far, I've been a bit of a social introvert when it comes to humans, but I warm up quickly as I get to know you! I'm an affectionate pup who blossoms in the company of someone compassionate, tender, and patient, who can bring out the best in my playful and vibrant personality! Are you ready for a charming, cheese-loving companion to add some spice to your life? Come on down and meet me; I'll be waiting eagerly!

Story
Meet Bennett! Bennett is about 1-2 years old and weighs 45 lbs. We think he looks like a Boxer/Hound Mix (just a guess). Bennett is a total sweetheart! He loves to cuddle and is such an easy-going boy. Bennett favorite thing is people. He wants a human to be by his Although he is great with the dogs and cat in his foster home, he is also confident enough to be a happy only dog in the home. Bennett is fostered with young children and is very sweet to him but does enjoy stealing their snacks. Bennett is housetrained and crate trained. He will need a home with a fenced yard as he is discrete and doesn't like to do his "business" on a leash. A small, fenced yard would be fine for his potty breaks. Bennett is medium energy dog. He is walking nicely on a leash but does get excited to see squirrel friends. Bennett would do best in a home where someone is around a good portion of the day as this is what he has in his foster home. Bennett is neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative and microchipped. ***You must be at least 25 years of age to adopt from Canine and Kitties Rescue*** The adoption fee for this dog is $375.00, which helps with the cost of routine vet care. ***Please note that our first step in approving adoption applicants is to complete a vet check. Vetting of current and past pets is very important to us, thus we will be speaking with the vet(s) listed on your application to ensure that your current and previous pet(s) are kept up to date on vaccines (including rabies), spayed or neutered, maintained on appropriate monthly preventatives and examined annually by your vet.*** Our organization cannot guarantee the exact breed of any animal in our care. The breed listed is based on any background we may have been provided, and/or the general appearance of the animal. **Please visit www.caninesandkittiesrescue.org to complete our non-binding application.**

IF YOU ARE VIEWING THIS LISTING ON PETFINDER OR ADOPT-A-PET, please visit: Caninesandkittiesrescue.org to access adoption requirements, more information and pictures. Meet Maggie - Maggie is about 1 year old and 35 lbs. Maggie is such a sweet girl. Maggie is very playful and would love another playful dog in her forever home. Maggie enjoys walks and running around the backyard. She also likes to curl up and take a nap while her foster mom works. Maggie needs a forever home where someone is around a good portion of the day. Maggie is spayed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. The Adoption Fee is $375.00 ***You must be at least 25 years of age to adopt from CKRescue*** ***Note that puppy adoption fees most often help generate revenue that goes towards older, special needs animals that need our help. Surgeries, heartworm treatment, boarding costs and/or all things that often result in adoptable dogs and cats being left behind to be euthanized. So, adopting a puppy saves not just one life, but many! ***Please note that our first step in approving adoption applicants is to complete a vet check.
