Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi! My name is Bronx D'Puppy and I'm a handsome 1 year old boy. I'm thought to be a boxer/lab mix. In rescue tho, that's not 100% guaranteed, and many people have guessed that I am an American Bulldog. I am 1 year old and weigh in at about 50lbs and should be pretty much full grown - tho I might fill out some more as I mature. I love to play, play and play some more. I can be a bit dog selective (I do better with females) but me and my doggie friends have great time playing all day. I also love my toys and I especially love my tennis ball. I could play ball with you all day! I LOVE FETCH. I am potty trained and crate trained. I know how to use a doggy door and so far I get along with the cats I've met.  I am a young boy, exuberant and energetic. I could use help with manners and my doggie interactions. I am hoping for a family who is patient and understanding, committed to training to help me become the best dog I can be. In return, you will have my loyalty, the best snuggles and all my love! If you think I could be the boy for you, apply to meet me today at https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.February 18, 2025, 6:55 pm

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. My name is Brocc and I am a 4 year old male Boxer mix weighing around 60lb currently but am working on putting on some weight.  I am the cuddliest boy you will ever meet!!! Bruno is very playful, loves to play fetch. Eats Purina dog chow. Free feeds throughout the day. Has been losing weight and has a few skin tags in his back. Bruno is kenneled trained inside and outside. He loves playing outside but he will try to dig under the fence if there is another dog on the other side of the fence and if he’s not supervised. Bruno knows commands such as sit, shake, lay down. Do to personal reasons we are unable to keep him.

Story
Rose is a wonderful, playful, obedient, well-mannered, caring, and loving dog who has extensive training. You can tell her to wait, throw a ball, and tell her to go get it; and she’ll take off like lightning. She does well with dogs that are smaller. She’s sceptic around larger dogs (she’s been attacked) but loves love. We take her out daily for fetch and she’ll go for an hour/ hour and a half. She loves hikes and good long walks. She is trained off leash and extremely responsive to commands. We need to rehome or foster because we’ve had so many medical bills for family like cancer and other ailments. She also has an ear infection and we literally cannot afford to take care of her issues due to our money being non-existent. My eyes are filled with tears as I write this. I honestly hope someone is able to take care of my angel.

Story
Dori thinks she must be on Santa's naughty list, since no one has wanted to adopt her this whole year! She is the sweetest, silliest girl who will tell you all about it when you get home by woo-wooing at you! Dori loves to go for walks and snuggle on the couch with you. She is a boxer mix, spayed, utd on shots and chipped. Dori is probably almost 3yo now and is VERY ready for her furever home. Dori loves to run around the backyard and be chased by another dog her size or bigger. She should NOT live in a home with small prey-type animals, including cats. Dori has had 2 litters of pups and was a great mama. She can be reactive to other dogs while on leash, but I feel like it's due to excitement. However, obviously any introduction should be slow and on neutral territory. Dori is such a wonderful dog who deserves to have her first (of many), best Christmas of her life. Story
Hey there! I’m Kobi, a handsome guy who loves to play fetch, snuggle, take walks and smell flowers. Are you my new mom or dad?? My adoption coordinator and foster mom say I am amazing. They even made a list of just a few of the great things about me. REASONS KOBI IS AMAZING- +Loves unconditionally!! +Professional couch snuggler. He will keep you warm and cozy while you read a book or watch Netflix- he will always let you choose the movie. + He loves to go for walks in the park, smell the flowers and enjoy the sun while you sit on a bench. He is great on a leash. +Car rides?? He is the best co-pilot and would love to join you to drop the kids at school, grab a morning coffee (don’t forget his pup-cup), or a late night ice cream treat! He will never complain about your driving. +Kobi LOVES kids. BIG kids, little kids- all kids. +He is treat motivated and smart- making him easy to train! +loves fetch and runs super fast!!!! +He knows how to sit + Will spend countless amounts of time playing fetch with you We could go on and on about how amazing he is, the list is endless. More about me- They think I am a pittie/boxer/lab mix, but they aren’t for sure, so they just call me a Texas Special- the very best breed. I am 10 years young and still full of energy! I can be an only dog if you will give me lots of loves, walks and time playing fetch! I would enjoy a home with a yard and other dogs, especially a big confident female with moderate energy. I can live with goats and chickens, so if you live on a farm or ranch, I would be your perfect companion- but no cats. If you are ready to have the bestest boy in your life, apply below and my coordinator will reach out to you. We have over 15,000 successful adoptions so far and have excellent Google Reviews: https://g.co/kgs/UQ5Pyai We care deeply about making the perfect match between dog and family for long term success. Our rescue has a 2 acre property in Texas where we assess every animal with trainers on staff, we modify behavior as needed, and create individualized behavior plans to help prepare dogs for their future families including crate training, potty training, leash walking, etc. Our fosters are able to attend group trainings and socialization play groups to keep dogs adoption-ready. Our on-site trainers support the positive growth of our dogs and we enjoy seeing their progress! Our commitment to comprehensive medical care sets us apart. We've received glowing feedback from veterinarians who commend our dedication to ensuring the health and well-being of every animal in our care with treatments that often go above and beyond. Our adoption fees reflect the extensive care and resources that go into each animal we save. The adoption fee is a donation to the mission and goes far beyond getting a fully vetted pet. The rescue’s hard costs alone for a healthy dog to go through our program typically range between $412 to $859, which includes boarding, food, medications, vaccines, and spay/neuter. For heartworm-positive dogs, hard costs are upwards of $1,120. Additionally, dogs requiring extended boarding, extra training, or extra medical care—such as dental work, vision care, or orthopedic care—can lead to expenses running into the thousands. Also, included in the fee are costs to cover transport up to the Pacific Northwest or East Coast. While adoption fees help cover part of these expenses, we want to emphasize that Three Little Pitties Rescue is not government funded. It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these SPECIAL PERKS: Extensive behavioral testing and information from trainers on our staff to ensure the perfect fit for your family Discounts on Embark DNA test kit- $30 off of Breed ID test & $50 off of Breed ID plus Health test 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion A free private online dog training session with GoodPup, plus low pricing for future sessions 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a delicious PNW based fresh dog meatballs subscription Coupons for a fun visit to Petco 20% off of Dr. Cuddles pet first aid and hygiene solutions Discounted heartworm, flea prevention, and monthly dewormer Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! Did you know that the Greater Houston area faces some of the highest stray and overpopulation rates in the nation? We are a non profit charity. Our goal is simple— to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and by rescuing animals from the streets or overcrowded shelters where euthanasia due to lack of space is often the only option. The dog you've found online is not only lucky to be in our program, but also incredibly fortunate to have caught your eye. Thank you for considering adoption and for joining us in our mission! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. This is Duncan Doggie, He is a 5 year old 67 pound Pit Bull (possibly a mix, there is no way to really know for sure in rescue) that has a lot of love to give but will need some special care in his furever home. Duncan has a lot of love to give and is overall a very happy and healthy boy but it took a lot of time, love and some medical care to get him there.  Duncan Doggie was found dumped on the grounds of Avenal State Prison in California June of last year and no one really knows how he got there. He was covered in wounds that were either from other dogs or coyotes, missing a majority of his fur, skin rubbed raw, and a lot of his teeth were broken. A volunteer at the Avenal shelter posted a TikTok in hopes that a rescue would pull him and give him the medical attention he needed and the love he deserved, that is where I found him. I instantly fell in love with him and drove the 1800 mile round trip to pick him up and bring him back to Northern Utah.    He is the biggest love bug and will gladly accept scratches and cuddles from any humans big or small! He loves to run around in the yard, play tug of war, play fetch, and if you are lucky he will even bring the ball back to you! True to his breed he also loves being lazy, he has his favorite purple minky that he stole from me and will go with him to his forever home for him to cuddle to his heart's content. He currently lives with children aged 3-14 and he is wonderful with all of them, sometimes he will get the wiggle butts and his tail could make him considered armed and dangerous, other than that though he is a complete sweetheart. Unfortunately due to his past he is fear reactive to any adult dogs and an addendum will be included in his adoption contract. He has loved every single puppy I've fostered in the last 8 months like it was his own but any adult dogs at home or in public terrify him and make him get full body shakes and then turn to aggression if he can't be removed from the other dog immediately.    Since having Duncan here he has made huge strides in his health and he has been the happiest, most loving foster from the second I picked him up. We discovered that his fur was missing and skin was raw due to food allergies, he needs to be on a grain and poultry free diet to prevent that from happening again in the future, he is currently eating a salmon based food and thriving on it. In addition to his allergies he was in need of a complete dental and is down 14 teeth but that doesn't stop him from eating dry food and enjoying treats like any other dog. He is resilient and has not let a single negative thing slow him down, he is truly a special dog.   If you are interested in giving this handsome man a safe and happy home where he can be an only dog you can apply to meet him at  https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 5, 2024, 4:51 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi! I’m Trochee! I’m a 60lb, 2 year old boy, bundle of SO many mixes (Siberian Husky, Samoyed, American Staffordshire terrier…)   I’m potty trained and walk super well on a leash. I LOVE going on walks, meal times, treats but can I be honest? I’m happiest  when I’m getting snuggled- feeling loved and safe is the absolute best. My foster mom says I’m good-natured, silly and people-loving.   I used to live in a shelter, and that was pretty lonely. Right now I live with my foster mom and TWO puppies! Playing with them is so fun, and I try to be very careful so I don’t hurt them, since they’re so small. I’ve also lived with dogs my size (male and female) and have played so well with them! We even found out recently that I am good with dog-savvy cats!   My crate is SO fun- it’s especially fun to run away and hide when it’s time to get in… I’m working on it. IF you can find me and put me in my crate, I stay in there quietly and sleep through the night. I’m also working on not jumping like a maniac when I’m excited to see you… but I’m EXCITED to see you!!   Real talk? I’ve never had a forever family before. I’ve been growing up in shelters and foster homes, and it’s kind of scary to get my hopes up… but here I am, hoping to have my very own home some day.  If you think I’m the goofball for you, apply to meet me at: https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.February 25, 2025, 3:09 pm

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Chocolate Brownie, a 5 month old Pittie mix is an adorable puppy who’s a little on the shy side but bursting with happiness once he knows you. He is a little nervous of men at first but with time and love he will learn to trust but he is ready to find his forever home that will have some patience and lots of food and love! Chocolate Brownie is making great strides in leash training, potty training, crate training, even though he is not a big fan of the crate and he will protest for a few minutes before settling down and eager to learn more. He loves other dogs and he would thrive in a home with another dog to help him come out of his shell.
