I am 74, live in Temple, and due to health reasons and recent spine surgery, I need to rehome my Boxer female, 5 yrs, spayed, very sweet, fawn and white, chipped, housebroken, crate trained, good with cats as long as they are introduced gradually, good on leash, will chase squirrels, does not jump fences, when I leave, she does have separation anxiety but goes right into her crate when I leave, on Heartguard Plus heartworm preventive, up-to-date on all immunizations, last vetted in May. Beaux is an amazing and loving friend. He is a 6 year old big ball of energy and a big baby. He loves children but I don’t recommend around babies or tiny children as he doesn’t know his own strength and size. He loves being outside and I would love for him to have a nice size yard that he can release his energy in. Beaux is not a big fan of other dogs, but he has lived with my mom’s dog for 2 years with no incidents. Beaux weighs 83 pounds and the vet said he is all muscle, so he will need an owner who can manage his strength. He had all his shots and goes to the vet every 6 months for check ups. He is perfectly healthy besides some skin irritation.

She’s showing you her cute moves, and does not jump on you. She’s very obedient & wants to be with her human. She is used to the house & goes to bed in her crate without a fuss. Im sure she could be taught to jump in bed too :) Sophie likes all humans but she will need to be the only dog st home, esp the only female. Outside of home on walks, she is a pro & does not pull or bother passer-bys. Unless its a squirrel :) just redirect & she’s good! We are so happy to be Sophie’s foster fam but know a big live family can offer her the moon she deserves. Hope she gets to meet you soon. Our very sweet Hailey is needing a new home. She needs someone who is willing to give her more attention and training since she is still a puppy. She has a tendency of hoping over our 4’ metal fence when taking her out. She’ll need a home with taller fences. Hailey also has lots of energy and enjoys long walks. She needs lots of toys since she loves to go through them. We also keep a flea collar on her to prevent fleas and ticks. We adopted her while she had skin issues due to allergy to fleas. We knew we could help her with her skin issues, but we weren’t expecting how much energy she has. We also have a pitbull/chihuahua mix named Jackson. He has low energy and is a bit more independent. They love playing and sleeping together. Hailey has been around small children 2-3 years old and is sweet with them. She was adopted in Temple, TX, and is currently 1.5 years old.

Meet Max... Max is a sweet guy who loves humans, small and big. He's good with most dogs as well. Max enjoys nothing more than being around his people and snuggle up but he's also ready to go for car rides or enjoy outdoor activities with his family. He is house and kennel trained. While Max is good with most dogs we recommend female dogs. Max only issue is that he is food aggressive with other dogs (not with people) so he has to get fed in his kennel or in another room. This is something that's easy to manage. Max was abandoned together with 6 other dogs in an apartment in deplorable conditions. He was there for 3 weeks when we heard about it and rescued him and the others. So we can't blame him that he does not want to share his food. Other than that he's an absolutely great dog.
