Story
We adopted Addie when she was 8 weeks old. She grew up with our other dog and they love to play and sleep together. Addie is now 2 and started to show some jealously towards are other dog. We have hired a dog trainer, Paige, and Addie has what they are calling Littermate Syndrome. She has gotten very jealous of our other dog to the point that she is now living at Starmark Academy where her trainer works. Addie loves to run and all people. She loves to play with dog toys and loves to give kisses and cuddle. Addie would be a great dog for a family where she would be the only dog. Feel free to call Starmark and ask for Paige so you can have a certified dog trainers opinion on her.

Story
Where's all our rescue folks at? Like, our OG, I accidentally have three dogs, three fosters, and seven baby gates 'rescue' people at?? So, remember when you had one of those moments when you said to yourself or your partner (if you have another human as doggo bonkers as you), OUR NEXT DOG IS GOING TO BE PERFECT AND EASY!!! Whelp, presto, MEET FLOKI!!!! HE is THAT dog. Floki is all the things we love about boxers. He's goofy, derpy, and fun! Even though he's not quite young, he does not let that stop him from play, play, playing with all of the doggos that he meets! Floki was in super ruff shape when he was saved: someone dumped him on the streets with open sores and lesions, left to fend for himself or die trying. He deserved to be saved; a very good boi does not deserve to suffer, and when no one else would step up to save his life, a Bulldog rescue ( of all places) stepped in to make him an honorary squashed face dog. Foster mama is pretty sure that he is the very bestest boi; he LOVES having doggy friends to romp with, he is totally potty trained, so gentle on lead, and LOVES the kiddos that he's met so far. HE will happily accept ALL of the smooches, and he is so, so responsive to learning new things (which is lucky because he seems to be deaf or hard of hearing, so he is working on learning hand signals). And he is now officially ready and deserving of his happy ending.

Story
7/14/2023 Pancho II is an owner surrender looking for a new home. Hi! My name is Pancho! I am a 1.5 year old handsome brindle boy that is an owner surrender due to dynamics in my family changing and they are no longer able to provide me with the time that I need since moving into my second home. I am described as active, friendly, smart, protective, and playful. I currently live with other resident dogs and we are said to get along fine. There are no kids in my home but when I had exposure to kids at the dog park, I was fine with them. I do not live with cats but will bark at them from the house when they walk by, so it is unsure if I am feline friendly. I do need some help with learning how to be house trained and crate trained, if that is required in my forever home. I am a quick learner so these should be easy for me to learn. Currently I sleep outside but would love to sleep indoors like I have in the past. If I must be left alone, it is suspected that I could be curious and not have the best behavior because I’m used to being left alone with the resident dogs and used to having company. When I am outside I do not attempt to jump fences/gates but I am curious about what is under the grass and will dig to find out. Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, wrestling and chasing other dogs, watching tv, going to the dog park, being with the humans, and cuddling. If you are looking for a sweet and active boy, look no further! Contact the rescue today and give them my name because I am waiting to meet you! ##1771746##

Story
12/28/2023 Koala is an owner surrender looking for a new home. Hi! My name is Koala! I am an 9-year-old handsome flashy fawn boy that is an owner surrender due to a change in my family’s dynamics and we no longer have access to room to run and play. My brother, Kuda, is also available for adoption and we would love to stay together, meaning twice the amount of boxer love for our forever family! I am described as friendly, active, calm, playful, quiet, obedient, and affectionate. I am dog and kid friendly! I currently live with my fur brother and a 6-year-old kid and do well with both. I have never lived with a cat so it is uncertain if I am feline friendly and a proper introduction would be needed. I am house trained, crate trained, and at night I sleep in my crate. When the owners must be away and I am left alone I do okay but am excited to see my human when they get home! When outside I have good behavior and do not dig or attempt to jump fences/gates. Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, my small rubber tire toy, being outside, my brother Kuda, and cuddling. If you think my brother and I would be a great addition to your family, contact the rescue today and give them our names because we are waiting to meet you! ##1900087##
