Reese is a very good girl! She is sweet and affectionate but needs lots of walks and stimulation. She is bored easily, which leads to destructive behavior. She is potty-trained and knows how to tell you when she needs to go. She likes to find a more secluded place and return to that place each time. She sleeps through the night and is comfortable inside and outside her crate. She is still very young and needs additional training. She is very shy around other dogs and becomes paralyzed just seeing them. It can make for very long walks if you are in a dog-friendly neighborhood. She knows the commands sit and come but has yet to master any additional commands. Ideally, she goes to a home with a yard to nap and play during the day. She likes napping in the sun on the patio, but unfortunately, we don't have a yard to play in. She does not do well with cats, and I would recommend that she be the only pet in the house, at least initially. She has a crate, bed, toys, etc., to accompany her.

Meet Blue! He is about 8 years old and is a great dog. We think is is likely a mix of boxer and German Shepard. He is very unique in that he has one blue eye and one brown eye. He is very loving. He is athletic and loves to play with balls and toys but is also perfectly fine being lazy and cuddling! He is great on a leash for walking or on a run. Our family circumstances have changed and we are looking for a loving home for Blue.

Scout is a fun loving happy dog. She is full of energy. I found her in my yard 8 months ago. I have been taking care of her but she has proven to be more dog than I can handle. She is very active and needs lots of love and attention. She would be happy in a home with another dog and with lots of room to run. She loves to play fetch. She and my cat get along fairly well. She loves the cat but the cat is dubious about her. She is house trained, loves to go for walks but has been hard to leash train. Maybe you'll have more luck with that than I. She is very sweet and loving and adorable. It might take awhile for her to transition to a new home because she has trouble calming down when she meets new people. She loves you so much she can't contain herself. Feeding her makes her more obedient. She is very food oriented. I'm sure she'll fit in with your family after she realizes you are her new family. Another dog would be great for her.

** Please read to the end to learn how to adopt! Gus is an adorable and affectionate Boxer mix who is eager to find his forever home. He has turned out to be THE best boy and is loved by everyone that meets him! He is an intelligent dog who is good with other dogs and is loyal to those around him. This handsome boy has been fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and tested Negative for heartworms!! He was about 62 pounds when rescued from the streets, and he is still thin. We believe he is approximately 2 years old, maybe less. He sometimes still urinates like a puppy and he's so curious about Everything... sneaks up on anything unfamiliar. It's so cute to watch! Gus is house-trained and he knows 'sit.' He takes treats very gently from your hand and will give you big kisses in return. He's playful, but will chill with you on the couch, too ! He is good with other dogs and children. He's an all-around great dog and has many years ahead to fill your life with love and fun!
