Meet FRAN! She: Is a female Boxer mix Is 4 years old Weighs 50 lbs Appears to be potty trained Needs to be the only dog at home Is not good with cats Enjoy car rides Walks nicely in a harness Is high energy About: When we’re around Fran, it’s hard not to smile at her charming snorts and snuggle-loving personality. Being our resident goofball and outgoing sweetheart, Fran is totally a boxer lover's boxer, especially if you're looking for a princess to dote on. Leave it to this gal to charge up your day with kisses, tug of war matches, and frolics in the backyard. Fran loves playing with toys, even more so if she can share them with her person. She is still learning her manners, but will flourish under a daily ritual and reinforcement from her human. Fran would be the perfect fit for somebody looking for an only fur-child to shower attention on, because she will return the affection ten-fold!

Story
Tex is a wonderful boy and a gentle giant. He's a big boy, and we're not exactly sure what breed he is, but we are 100% sure that he's awesome! Big Tex knows commands and is well behaved. And he's so athletic - he's the best ball player every and can play for a long time. He keeps his kennel very clean so we feel that he's either house-trained already or could become that very easily and quickly. Since Tex is pretty laid back, it's easy to love on him and give & get kisses. He's been neutered and has all his vaccinations. He's got a great personality and is an all around great boy. He gets along well with female dogs, but is a little more selective with male dogs. He'll need a good fenced yard in his new home and someone that will be a good leader for him and will play ball with him.

Story
Handsome Henry is a big boy that's full of big love & energy. He's around 4 years old - he's so interesting looking and we didn't really know what breed he was, so we had his DNA tested -- he's 1/3 Boxer and the remainder is Catahoula Leopard, Staffy, & Husky!! What an interesting combo. Henry has been neutered, has his current vaccinations, is house trained, and microchipped. Henry is an interesting dog because he can have energy and play with the volunteers and toys, but then can also be pretty laid back and quiet and loves to get some kisses from the volunteers. He loves to give kisses too. Henry is particular about his dog friends and mainly prefers females. He will need a good, strong fenced yard so he can run around and play. Henry would probably be a good guard dog and might even do best as the only dog in the house - it really depends on the other dog and the situation. He is a love bug and will be a great dog for his new owner.

Introducing Spirit, a delightful 3-year-old boxer mix with a heart full of love! Spirit is sweet and loving, always eager for cuddles and belly rubs. This energetic and active pup adores people and relishes long walks. However, Spirit prefers to be the center of attention and would do best in a home without other dogs or cats. If you're seeking a loyal companion with a playful spirit and a penchant for cuddles, Spirit is the perfect furry friend for you! Spirit is dog selective. Needs a cat free home. She may be picky, but she has one of the sweetest personalities a dog can have.

Kashi is a 1.5 yo boxer mix who has an endless supply of energy and love to give to his new family. Despite being very active, Kashi does know when it’s time to settle down and will happily take naps in his kennel, which he associates with safety & comfort. He can be very cuddly in his down time. Kashi loves water and would happily play in a pool all day if he could. He would be great in an active family who loves hiking, kayaking, boating, etc. Kashi is great with kids and dogs but dislikes cats. He is potty trained and kennel trained.
