Story
Meet Wanda!Wanda is a sweet, happy girl who loves people and gets along great with other dogs. She’s always carrying a toy around—whether it’s a stuffie, a Kong, or a food dispenser, toys are her favorite! Wanda is an active pup who enjoys hiking, playing, and being part of the action. She’s crate-trained, rides well in the car, and is doing great with basic training—she knows sit, paw, and shake, and is working on down. Wanda listens well to her name and just needs a little guidance on leash, as she can pull at first but settles into a nice rhythm.Wanda has a prey drive, so a no-cat home is a must. She does best with a slow feeder at mealtime and enjoys mentally stimulating toys. While she may give a little growl from her crate if dogs come too close, she stops when corrected and continues to do well in her space.Wanda came into rescue in October after being found as a stray. Despite having some injuries, this resilient girl has made an incredible recovery and is now thriving! Her stunning markings and gorgeous appearance make her a true showstopper.Name: WandaBreed: Boxer-Pit MixSex: FemaleAge: 1 1/2 yrs estimated Weight: 50Spayed/Neutered: YesVaccinations: Up to dateHeartworm: Completed treatment!
