Story
* Special Needs Pup* Meet Boo, an adorable 10-month-old Terrier/Boxer mix who is eagerly searching for his forever home! 😍With a sweet and funny personality, Boo is sure to bring endless joy and laughter into your life. Although Boo is deaf, this does not dampen his vibrant spirit; in fact, it only adds to his charm and resilience. He approaches life with a playful attitude, proving that nothing can hold him back. Boo communicates in his own unique ways, showcasing his goofy nature and ability to connect with those around him. He loves to engage with his environment, whether he’s chasing after toys, exploring new places, or curling up for some cozy cuddle time. His affectionate disposition makes him a fantastic companion who thrives on human interaction and companionship. Due to some separation anxiety, Boo would do best in a home where someone works remotely or spends a significant amount of time at home. This arrangement would allow him to receive the love and attention he craves. While he's not a fan of being crated, Boo is proudly house trained, making him an easy addition to any household. Boo is incredibly adaptable and gets along wonderfully with kids, cats, and other dogs, making him an ideal fit for families or anyone looking for a loving furry friend. His playful antics and loving nature create a warm atmosphere, ensuring that your home is filled with joy. Boo is searching for a loving family that will embrace him and help him flourish. He is neutered, microchipped, and UTD on vaccinations. If you’re ready to welcome a spirited and charming companion into your life, Boo could be the perfect match for you! Story
Meet Wanda!Wanda is a sweet, happy girl who loves people and gets along great with other dogs. She’s always carrying a toy around—whether it’s a stuffie, a Kong, or a food dispenser, toys are her favorite! Wanda is an active pup who enjoys hiking, playing, and being part of the action. She’s crate-trained, rides well in the car, and is doing great with basic training—she knows sit, paw, and shake, and is working on down. Wanda listens well to her name and just needs a little guidance on leash, as she can pull at first but settles into a nice rhythm.Wanda has a prey drive, so a no-cat home is a must. She does best with a slow feeder at mealtime and enjoys mentally stimulating toys. While she may give a little growl from her crate if dogs come too close, she stops when corrected and continues to do well in her space.Wanda came into rescue in October after being found as a stray. Despite having some injuries, this resilient girl has made an incredible recovery and is now thriving! Her stunning markings and gorgeous appearance make her a true showstopper.Name: WandaBreed: Boxer-Pit MixSex: FemaleAge: 1 1/2 yrs estimated Weight: 50Spayed/Neutered: YesVaccinations: Up to dateHeartworm: Completed treatment! Story
Meet Betty, a 3-month-old boxer/terrier mix pup with an adventurous spirit and an enthusiastic tail!  Betty and her six siblings had the good fortune of being born into the comforts of a home after a Good Samaritan took in their stray mama shortly before she gave birth.  Born December 19, they have known nothing but love and safety ever since.  These pups are happy and sweet just like their mama, who is on the smaller side at about 30 pounds. They’ve been super affectionate to their foster families. Lots of kisses and the best puppy breath! They like eating food and playing with toys, but they absolutely love to give and receive affection from their humans. It’s their number one motivation, which makes them top-notch cuddlers!  Betty is super confident around the big dogs in her foster home and isn’t afraid to grab their toys and engage them in tug of war.  She is playful, smart and friendly. She’s always happy to greet anyone new, whether dog or human!  Betty and her littermates are all working on potty training and crate training, taking naps throughout the day in their crates and going outside to potty when they wake up. They’re all off to a good start, but their forever families will likely need to continue the work to get them perfectly potty trained.  Betty and her siblings are on track to be medium to large size dogs when full grown, probably around 60 lbs, give or take. These puppies are poised to be great additions to any family with enough time and love to nurture them!
