Story
Meet Rosie, a super sweet girl with a heart as big as Texas! Rosie had a bit of an adventurous stint as a stray, but now she's all set to find her perfect forever home.Rosie is a furry socialite who gets along wonderfully with her fellow doggie pals. However, she does have one little quirk—cats and Rosie aren't exactly a match made in heaven. Those frisky felines tend to trigger her playful chase instincts! When it comes to humans, Rosie is a total cuddlebug. She's convinced she's a lap dog and won't hesitate to hop right up for some quality snuggle time. But here's the fun part: Rosie's got a spirited teenage attitude. When she's told "no" or caught doing something she shouldn't, she's not one to back down quietly—she'll talk back with all the sass!If you're ready to bring a sweet and silly addition to your family, Rosie is more than prepared for her forever home. And yes, she's absolutely transportable, so don't let the Texas distance discourage you, transport only costs $230. Apply today and let the fun begin! Online Application: https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=ch2817&method=online_form_html&formid=41*Disclaimer: This pet is located in Texas. Once adoption is finalized the pet will be transported to the adopters location for an additional fee (currently $230-$250).* The adoption fee helps to cover some of the cost of vetting the animal prior to adoption (spay/neuter, microchipping, and up to date vaccinations). Please fill out an adoption application to be considered for adoption. https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=ch2817&method=online_form_html&formid=41

Story
Hi! My name is Mbappe (pronounced M bah pay). My name is a good one because there is a soccer ball player with that name and I’m black and white simuttlar to a soccer ball. Plus I’m athletic and active! I am a girl dog. I’ve had 10 days of training with Bark Dog Training. So I learned a few things. I know SIT, DOWN, and walking on a stringy thing, hmmmm the humans call them leashes. It makes sure your human is attached to you. I am also house & crate trained. I get along well with other dogs & kids (not tested with cats). I am a typical active pup and of course, I still enjoy to exercise my chompers, as an avid chewer, expect to take me to the Pet Store to pick out many hard bones. Many! I can be a bit shy on first introductions, but warm up fast. I would love an active family that will also continue with my training because my brain still has so much room in there for more words that make my body do things for treats. You know! In case you’re interested in how I came out to have these ears and adorable tuxedo, here’s what my ingredients are: She has had a DNA done and is 64% Pit Bull, 15.5% Great Pyrenees, 10% lab, 5% blue heeler, and 5% Staffordshire. I think they forgot 99% good girl! And I’m black and white not blue so what’s that about!?! I can’t wait to meet you, remember, I need a brief warm up so don’t expect immediate wiggles! You will get them though. Basics: Mbappe- spayed female, chipped, vaccinated, 7 months, large, black/white, Pitbull mix, great with dogs and kids, not cat tested, potty and crate trained, shy at first but warms up quick, doing training class, active How To Adopt: Please sign up to adopt me. DogHouse ArtHouse’s processes are still under construction, so please complete an application with our sister rescue God’s Dogs Rescue here https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/GDR/Dog/ Located in south Texas but can move out of state Partially filled out applications, or applications without a vet reference will not be considered without thorough explanation as to why it cannot be fully completed. Dogs are physically located in Victoria Texas and available for adoption nationwide. Adoption processes can be found at https://www.doghousearthouse.org/adoption-process

Story
Leah was found on 11/16/24 at Barger Dr and W Irwin Way. She came into the shelter already spayed. If you believe this is your missing dog, please contact the shelter at (541) 689-1503. Since this dog is new to the shelter and we are still looking for their family, they are not viewable on the adoption floor at this time. The shelter staff is giving me some time to settle in and adjust to this new place. As we get to know each other a little better, the behavior team and veterinary staff will then be evaluating my needs. Please stay tuned for my updated information! Our shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs can be unreliable and for most dogs we are only guessing at their primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label. This pet is located at Greenhill Humane Society. 88530 Greenhill Road, Eugene, OR 97402 (541) 689-1503. See all of the pets at this shelter by visiting www.green-hill.org.

Story
Meet Buddy! Buddy found himself in a facility that claimed to be a rescue but did not function to the standards that it should have and Buddy sat for 4.5 years in an outdoor concrete run with little interaction or daily comforts. All of that has changed for Buddy and while he now has things like a couch, soft beds, soft grass, daily walks in the woods, treats, cuddles, and gets to sleep indoors, what he has been through shows emotionally. Buddy is as gentle and sweet as they come but understandably shy, nervous and a little overwhelmed by his new world. Buddy has had a full medical work up and besides being overweight he is a healthy boy! He is a young senior and is looking for a quiet home with patient owners who will continue to help him gain confidence, gently push him to try new things, and would love a well balanced dog sibling to pal around with. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled on Instagram (@nwdogproject) for updates! If you would like to be considered as Buddy's forever home, be sure to submit an adoption application on our website at northwestdogproject.org ##2066537##
