Story
Meet Lillith, Lilly for short. Lilly was on the euthanasia list at the Preble County Warden's office. We were able to "pull" this sweet girl and get her into foster care where she has gone from skin and bones to a joyful, thriving, beautiful girl. Lilly's DOB is 12/11/19. She is crate and potty-trained. Lilly likes to watch birds and squirrels. She will chase them a bit. She loves to look for treats in the yard and she loves belly rubs. Lilly has gotten used to being wiped down with a wet towel. She's not a fan of getting her teeth brushed or cutting her toenails but she'll let you do it. She's always down for a walk. Lilly loves to cuddle with her humans but is a bit picky with her dog friends. She does ok with male dogs but definitely not females. It might be better if she doesn't have to share all the snuggles with any dogs. If you would like to give Lilly her happily ever after please fill out an application.

Story
Meet Fiona (Fifi for short)! Fiona is a 7-year-old, 45lb Boxer mix. This gal may be a little older, but she has the energy of a younger dog. She weighs a healthy 45lbs with all of the playfulness and loyalty of a Boxer. Fiona is a playful and energetic dog who would thrive in a home with a furry or human sibling to keep her company. She's a regular at doggy daycare, where she burns off energy and shines as a social butterfly. Though she enjoys snuggling up from time to time, Fifi's true passion is exploring. However, her curiosity can lead her into some mischief-she's a talented escape artist, capable of slipping out of crates, leads, and even fenced yards. Fiona would thrive in a home where someone is around most of the time, and having another dog as a companion would be ideal for her. She loves peanut butter-filled bones, which help to keep her occupied, and she's highly treat-motivated, with pig ears being one of her favorites. If left outside alone, Fifi may attempt to escape in search of her humans, but tasty rewards can help redirect her focus. Her favorite treats include peanut butter, Cheerios, and pig ears, though she has a sensitive tummy and shouldn't be given much human food. If you're looking for a loyal, playful companion who adores being outdoors and spending time with the whole family, Fifi is your girl! She'll keep you entertained with her playful spirit, and when it's time to relax, she's always ready for cuddles and face kisses. Fiona is currently being fostered in the Cincinnati area. Her adoption fee is $250.00 To adopt this animal, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination.
