Boone is a 54 lbs Boxer mix.  He is friendly and seems to be ok with other dogs....he loves to play.  He will need to meet any new housemate prior to adoption being approved. Boone is around 1 yr old.  We do not know how he is with cats or children.  He keeps his kennel area clean for the most part but will have accidents on occasion. If you are interested in Boone please stop at the shelter to meet him and complete an application. Meet Rocky he is a 3 year old boxer pit bull mix. He is a very sweet boy that I found running loose in Westerville Ohio. Ive had him now for 5 months. The only reason I’m not keeping him is space my financials and I already have 2 dogs. But back to Rocky I believe he was raised with an iron fist. He can be startled by things but is easily assured. He loves bones and toys!! Overall a great dog loves to lay on the couch and prefers sleeping in the bed while touching you, lol. He has learned that talking to him sternly doesn’t mean that he’s gonna get hit or he’s in trouble. It just means he needs to listen and focus and he listens really well. I think he would be great for a young person.That’s just looking to have a companion. I don’t have kids so I say no kids just b/c he doesn’t like to be pulled on,moved/pushed. The truth is he just wants to be loved petted some treats toys and you will make him so happy. I just want the best for him he deserves to know the best life a dog can have.

We got Axel from our local shelter when he was 4 months old. He is now 2 years old. He is mixed with pit bull and lab. He’s a very sweet boy with his owners and humans. He loves his attention and cuddles. Axel loves car rides to the park, walks, and running around the yard. He will greet you with pure excitement each time you get home. He’s your loyal companion. The reason we need to re-home him is the fact that he needs to be the only dog in the home. He is an independent man in his environment and does not get along with dogs at home. He’s always done fine at the park. We have not seen much of him around kids. The last thing we want to do is see him go, but it’s the best for our family. We need to see him go to a caring, loving home that will take good care of him.
