While I love to play and have a great demeanor, I would do best in a home with older, considerate children as I tend to get excited and with my size I could accidently knock a small child down. Gentle laid-back mellow, but also very athletic and playful. Good with other dogs, not sure about cats or children. Floyd has been a perfect gentleman and very patient with a high energy puppy that he is being fostered with, he would likely be the same with children. Crate trained and housebroken, hasn't had a single accident in the house and goes right in crate on his own or when asked. Great on leash. Loves to play fetch with his squeaky ball and big stick!
