He's a good boy just looking for his forever family. He is 5 months old and gets along with everyone. Lizzie is a special sweet shy girl looking for a home where she will feel safe and secure!This 3 year old boxer mix spent the past several months running loose near a dangerously busy road, wandering between businesses but too scared to approach anyone. Our friends at Buddha Dog Rescue and Recovery were able to trap her and she immediately melted and clung to her rescuer for security once she knew she was safe. She's very timid and army crawls up to new people tentatively especially men, but once she bonds she turns into a happy silly goofy playful boxer. She lived with another dog and has enjoyed playing with some doggie friends at the shelter with proper introductions. She is easily spooked and may try to bolt when startled or in new situations, definitely a flight risk so making sure she's securely leashed at all times is especially important. Lizzie is 63lbs full grown, spayed, updated on shots, and ready to start a new life. Please submit an application to meet Lizzie by appointment.
