Story
Nelly is a 1.5 year old female Boxer mix. She is on the smaller side at just about 40 lbs. Very sweet and energetic, loves other dogs and has lived with cats without any issues. She is potty trained, kennel trained, and working on basic commands—sit, stay, lay down. She would do best in a home that is committed to training her and giving her exercise regularly. She is still very much a puppy who needs to learn manners. We are also working on eating too fast, sometimes she will vomit if she eats too much too fast. I am helping a family member rehome her because she is not getting the attention and training that she needs due to a busy schedule and a new baby. She is UTD on shots and fixed. She will come with her kennel, bed, slow feeder bowl, toys, etc. Rehoming fee $200, located in White Bear Lake.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Isabela was dumped at a high kill shelter in West Texas. She is good with other larger respectful dogs, kids, and absolutely NO cats. All dogs and puppies require supervision and training. Isabela is finally learning to be a Boxer for the 1st time in her life. She may take a day or two to adjust after her move. She is crate trained and potty trained, she also does well on a leash. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Yukon (Yuki) was dumped at a high kill shelter in West Texas. He is deaf, but that does not slow him down. Best fit home would have a fenced in yard to keep him safe and a companion dog. He is good with other dogs, kids, and cats (dog savvy ones because he likes to chase to play and lick them). All dogs and puppies require supervision and training.  Yuki can be shy at first but don't let that foolw you, he quickly warms up and is the best boy. He is a smart boy who learned signs and schedules fast. He loves to run and play with dogs (and cats but he doesn't understand his size to theirs). He loves everyone he meets and thinks all dogs are his friends. He is working on leash skills, but he doesn't quite understand it yet. Story
Po is a playful 2.5yo Bully/Boxer mix, with all the goofy, silly traits of a Boxer and all the tender, snuggling of a Bully. He loves to play but he’ll never miss a chance to curl up on your lap for a nap. He’s medium energy, and one good walk a day full of sniffing keeps him fit and happy. He has done great with our small pack of dogs, but does have a protective streak when new dogs approach his territory. We took in his brother as a pup, and were contacted when Po’s initial situation soured and have fostered him for over a year. We love him, but are at canine capacity and would love for Po to have his very own forever home.

What we know about Gus: Great with dogs Great with kids (has lived with kids and another dog previously) Awesome temperament Calm, great on a leash About 2 years old Potty trained Crate trained Loves snuggles Gus is located in East, TN. But if you are seeing this on adopt-a-pet, transport fees are included in the adoption fee. Out of state adopters are welcomed. Transport is available to your area in the NorthEast or Great Lakes area. We use the most animal friendly transport on the road (Rescue Riders Transport)! What we know about Gus: Dog Friendly Kid Friendly Has lived with kids and another dog previously Awesome temperament NO cats Calm, great on a leash About 2 years old Potty trained Crate trained Loves snuggles Gus came to us extremely underweight, nearly bald, with open wounds all over his body due to Demodex mange. He has since recovered fully and is ready to find his forever family! Gus was far too interested in the cats when we cat tested him as his herding instincts are present with these types of animals. However, he is great with other dogs and we use him to help introduce new dogs to the rescue. He also does fantastic with the 3 year old human on the rescue property! Gus has gone out on multiple Doggie Day Outs and did so well each time! He was his happiest self at the dog park with his rescue buddy (Folly) who has since been adopted. He likes to meet new people and go for car rides! We think he could be a heeler mix because of the speckles but we truly still don’t have a great idea about breed. The regrowth of hair didn’t help us with this as much as we thought it would 😂 Note: Since Gus has a history of Demodex mange, this means he is genetically predisposed to this condition if he does not take flea/tick prevention regularly. He is currently on Simparica Trio and doing so well. Please let us know if you have any questions about this condition!

East TN. Out of state welcome! If you are seeing this on adopt a pet the float for transport and health certificates for travel are included in the adoption fee. Transport may be available to your area in the northeast or Great Lakes areas. We use Rescue riders for our transport needs because they are amazing with our pups! Meet Thumper! This little guy is about 40 lbs of playful and fun energy. He’s sweet and good with people and other dogs. He’s about 2.5 years old and is a mixed breed but a really cool Mixed breed. I mean look at his cute ears. He’s adorable. He’s already crate trained and house trained. NO CATS. He is not fond of cats. Probably won’t do well with smaller rodent type animals either. He will scream SQUIRREL! And the rest is history. Haha. He would do well with children over the age of 10 because he’s very playful and may knock smaller children down during playtime.
