You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi my name is Rusty Briggs. I am a certified very good boy. I am a pretty mellow guy and love the company of other dogs. I have done well with a wide variety of canine friends and can play a great game of chase and wrestle. I am also content to just coexist. I kennel nicely, but also do well in a room by myself. I love attention. I do have a very sensitive side and can find loud noises and sudden movements a bit scary. I tend to pout when I am anxious. I really want to please people and have the most adorable underbite when I am thinking about things. Come and meet me today! Rusty Briggs is from a local impound. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please complete  an Adoption Request Form. This is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract. To learn more about our adoption process, please visit our Adoption Process page on our website at www.rescuecrew.org. Hi there, I’m Teefs, and I’m here to steal your heart with my adorable underbite and goofy grin! I’m a sweet, smart, and playful pup who’s always ready to brighten your day. My favorite game is fetch, and I love learning new tricks to impress my friends. I might be a little shy at first, but don’t let that fool you—once I feel safe and loved, my playful and funny personality shines through. When I’m happy (which is often), I flash a smile that shows off my irresistible bottom teeth—it’s my signature look! I’m looking for someone to share endless cuddles, joyful moments, and quiet evenings with. Whether it’s a silly game or a cozy night in, I promise to be your loyal companion and bring lots of love and laughter to your life. Are you ready to make memories together? Let’s start our forever adventure! Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.   The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Request Form prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care. For the most complete information regarding this animal, and all of our adoptable pets, please ensure you are visiting our website directly at www.RescueCrew.org. You can also access the necessary online forms here as well.  ##2250307##

She is young and busy, but she is quick to offer you her belly for rubs. She does best with dogs similar to her size. She prefers to be in an adult only home. Malibu spent several months living in a shelter and it has taken some  time to acclimate back to living in a home. Malibu loves to go on walks and does great with loose leash walking with someone that will give gentle reminders. She loves being outside and playing chase with her foster brother. Malibu will be a great sidekick for someone looking for a buddy. If you have previously applied with us please email adoptionatmars@gmail.com to reactivate your application with new interest. All fees are subject to MN sales tax and a processing fee at the time of adoption. Sometimes the pets appear to be a particular breed(s) in the pictures we receive from our rescue partners and when they arrive we are surprised to see an entirely different breed(s) in person!  If you choose to DNA test your adopted pet, test results may vary from company to company and our breed guess may not be reflected in those results as it is just that, our best guess. It is with deep longing that we wish there was a breed called 'cute' as we believe all of our dogs would fall under this new breed classification! Completion of an Adoption Application via our website www.midwestanimalrescue.org is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is the first step in our adoption process.  *Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption. Story
Hi there, I’m Boomer Jr., but my foster mom calls me Boom! I’m a 6-month-old mix and a total lovebug. I made my way to Minnesota all the way from North Carolina after a hurricane so the shelter there could help more pups in need. Now, I’m ready to find my forever home!   I’m the goodest boy—fully potty trained, kennel trained, and eager to learn. I’ve already mastered "sit," "lay down," and "get down," and I’m super food-motivated, so teaching me new tricks will be a breeze. I love making doggie friends, especially bigger ones, because sometimes I forget my size and play a little too hard with the tiny pups.   I’ve been polite around cats and can happily share a home with them. I’m also great in the car—I’ll just curl up and relax while you drive. I do get a bit nervous around new people and might bark or growl at first, but give me a treat or two, and I’ll be your best friend in no time. Because of this, I’d do best in a quieter home without kids, as loud noises make me anxious.   I’m a playful guy with lots of energy, so a fenced yard would be perfect for me to zoom around in. I love my toys and have a funny habit of pulling all of them out of my toy bin and bringing them to my spot on the couch—my foster mom says it’s the cutest thing ever!   If you’re looking for a loyal, loving, and fun companion, I’m your pup. I can’t wait to meet you and start our adventures together!       Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Story
Hello Boxer Lovers!  Misun here but my foster family calls me Bruno!  I am an adorable 2 year old white male that is the calmest boxer you will ever meet.  I have all the fantastic boxer characteristics like giving tons of hugs and kisses. My foster family works from home so I really need a human that is home most of the time.  I don't like to be alone and hate a kennel.  I sleep nice on my own bed on the floor in their bedroom. Of course I would rather sleep in their bed but I am pretty big.  I love naps or "resting" with my foster mom and have to be laying right up against her.    A fenced yard and a mellow playmate would be appreciated. I don't mind cats if they don't mind me.  I walk okay on a leash but can be stubborn about where I want to go so I just stop. Sometimes my foster dad has to really push me to go the right way on our walks.  I am very tall and weigh about 75 lbs.  I sure don't know my strength so small children are not a good idea.    If you love boxers and are looking for a super sweet, calm, loving boy that can spend lots of time with you, I am your guy!   Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, dental, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue.
