Does well with kids but would do well with older kids as she’s learning not to jump up and is dog friendly. Has not met cats. Here’s a bio I wrote for her: Meet Precious! This girl is as sweet and lovable as her name suggests. Precious is a 10-month-old, 70 lb pup that absolutely adores people and playing outside. She’s a social girl that will become friends with any person or pup she meets. She’s quick to give you kisses and to ask for belly rubs. Precious hasn’t lived in a home with children but she has met children and has been very sweet. We think she’d do well in a home with older children. She gets excited when meeting people and is working on not jumping up in those moments. She’s done well with her training and is potty and crate trained. She knows basic commands like sit, come, and shake, and is working on learning down. Precious is a pup that truly loves her people! Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there. Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only. Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
