Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Louie, an adorable ball of fur overflowing with sweetness and playfulness, ready to steal your heart. Louie's enthusiasm for life knows no bounds, especially when it comes to his love for walks and exploration. However, his zest for adventure sometimes leads to a bit of leash pulling, a behavior that with a little training and patience can easily be corrected. Louie's love for food makes him the ideal candidate for training sessions, as he eagerly responds to treats and positive reinforcement. Despite his occasional impulsive tendencies, Louie's affectionate nature shines through, making him a wonderful companion for those willing to provide him with guidance and love. While his feelings towards other dogs and cats are still uncertain, with proper introductions and socialization, Louie could potentially make furry friends for life. If you're in search of a loyal and spirited companion, consider giving Louie a forever home filled with love and adventures.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.  ********************************************************************************** We show some of our adoptable dogs at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm.  Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there.   Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Charity Charity is a White and Tan Boxer mix. She was found as a stray. The vet estimates that she is about Ten (10) years old. She weighs 70 pounds. She is a very gentle, smart, loyal and loving dog. She likes people! Both men and women and will happily snuggle even if you just met! She doesn’t seem to mind other dogs. We have not seen how she is with cats or young children. She is house trained and knows the command to sit, lay down, stay and shake hands. She is not a barker. She is spayed, chipped and all her shots are up to date. She adapts quickly and will settle into a routine keeping herself occupied while inside the house. When she is walked, she will not run or pull you. She will go at a quick walking pace if you like or just stay with you. She is a big dog with a big heart who will love you unconditionally. The best fit for Charity is a home with a stable environment, a yard to play and someone who is looking for a more mature calmer dog as a great companion.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.  ********************************************************************************** We show some of our adoptable dogs at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm.  Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Bio from rescuer: Please contact directly if you can assist with this sweet girl <3 Hello. This is Roxy. She goes by Roxy, Rox, or her favorite, ROXER! We took her in Xmas eve last minute, from her owner of 10+ years, who was going to put her down if he didn’t find a home due to “not having time for her anymore.” She is 13/14 years old. Boxer mix. She has a growth on her leg that her prev owner said was non cancerous and didn’t need to be removed, but it affects her walking to where she has a limp. She is such a sweet girl and would do good in a home w older or less hyper dogs. Or at least trained dogs! she just needs a good home! She’s still playful and very energetic! She enjoys lots of cuddles! Grew up around kids, dogs, and cats! ? She is also spayed and housebroken! She loves loves loves lots of cookies (aka dog treats haha). Located in Saginaw MI Please help me find this girl a great forever home. We do our best to provide information that will help determine if the animal might be a good fit for you. Please note that behaviors may change in a home environment. We also ask our applicants to assume that any animal they adopt from us will need to be potty-trained and learn house manners, although this is not always the case. In most cases, the listed breeds are also a best guess. Our online animal bios are designed to provide as much information as possible and answer some anticipated questions. We do not have the resources to respond to emails with more specific questions. We are receiving an unusually high number of applications at this time! Applications are reviewed as they are received, but we do not select adopters on a first-come basis. Our job is to ensure each pet is placed into the best fit home for them and that adopters are paired with an animal that is a good fit for their lifestyle. All animals will stay online until they are “pending adoption”. Therefore, if an animal is still listed, we are still accepting applications for him/her! Please do not send inquiries about a specific animal's availability as this can change quickly over the course of the day. The fastest way to get a response is to simply submit an application! We will do our best to notify you by email if the pet(s) you are interested in are no longer available. New animals are posted daily, so please let us know if another furry friend peaks your interest (there is no need to fill out a second application)!
