Not good with kids, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
male, approx. 2 years old, 40 lbs Personality: outgoing, eager-to-please, affectionate, adventurous, goofy/funny, loyal, snuggler, rambunctious, energetic, and good running partner. Archer is a snuggly boy who absolutely loves the dog park, play time, and going on long walks - every day is a new adventure for him. His foster says that it's hard not to be happy when Archer is around. He is also a master of sleeping and cuddling: after his morning walk, he curls up on the couch or back in his crate to take a long day's nap. If you're in a couch potato mood and prefer to stay in for the day, Archer is more than happy to cuddle with you as you watch your favorite movie or TV show. Archer loves to meet new people and especially loves his toys and outdoor time - he does well on a leash and makes a great running partner, too! This smart boy has learned house training and tons of words, like paw, sit, down, heel, drop it, wait, spin, and come. Archer is protective of his toys, so he'd do best in a home without young kids. Are you seeking a loyal, loving, energetic pup to be your companion on adventures near and far? Apply today to meet your new best friend Archer! _____________________________________________________________________ If you are interested in meeting a dog or cat, we require an adoption application. Spayed or Neutered,
Story
male, 5 years, 49.5 lbs Personality: Energetic, Playful, Snuggly, and Affectionate. Twix is here to double the fun and sweetness in your life! This affectionate pupper loves to be close to his people, following you from room to room, or snuggling up to you on the couch, Twix is excited to spend precious time together. His favorite pastime is playing tug, and he never goes anywhere without his trusty emotional support marrow bone. Twix is a quick learner and already knows hand signals and words for "sit" and "down." He's just a whisker away from mastering "paw" and is eager for more detailed training to refine his skills. Twix's youthful energy makes him seem much younger than his five years. He gets extra happy around children, always wagging his tail and eager to join in the fun. While he can get a bit barky on walks, especially at some people and dogs, this enthusiastic fellow just needs a bit of patience to curb his excitement. He's also very curious about cats, squirrels, and birds, often pawing playfully at his foster's cat. However, his playfulness can sometimes be a bit much for feline friends, so a home without cats or with a very confident cat might be best. Though Twix is gaining the confidence to be left home alone, he's making great strides in house training, with no accidents in the past week. He happily goes into his crate for meals and water, though he prefers not to stay in there for long. With his boundless energy, a playmate or frequent play sessions would be ideal. If you're looking for a devoted companion who will keep you smiling, Twix is your match! Apply today to meet him. If you are interested in meeting a dog or cat, we require an adoption application. Good with kids, Good with dogs, House-trained, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Young Pit Bull Terrier who urgently needs a foster or long-term home. My brother, Royalty's loving owner, is currently serving in the U.S. Army and was recently transferred to Germany, where her breed is restricted. He had arranged for a foster family, but due to unforeseen financial issues, they can no longer care for her. Until a new home is found, Royalty is staying with me, but with my long work hours, I'm struggling to give her the attention she needs. My brother’s wish is to bring Royalty home when he returns in February 2026. However, he understands that it may be in her best interest to find a permanent home, given the long wait. Royalty was born on June 23, 2023, and is a well-tempered, loving dog. She is microchipped, certified as a service animal, and great with both people and other dogs. She received her initial vaccinations but still needs to be spayed, she would benefit greatly from consistency and a routine that I, unfortunately, can’t provide.
