Story
The best boy ever is finally making his way to Maine and looking for a family. Harley is an 8 yr old Boxer. He came to the shelter with heartworm and some mass cell tumors. Harley has been treated for heartworm and is free of those pests. He has also had the mass cells removed. He will need his new owner to keep an eye out for them. Harley has been the greeter and puppy trainer at the shelter for the months he has been there. By far a staff favorite they want him to enjoy the comforts of a home. Harley will be here 12/20 and fostered in Lewiston. Adoption fee is $450 If you do not hear from us within 7 days please email passion4petsrescue@gmail.com

Story
Looking for a home for Frankie. He is 6 years old and full of energy. I live in a small apartment and have cancer. I’ve had him for 3 years and he’s been well cared for. I just cannot give him all the exercise he needs, especially since I don’t have a yard. I cannot walk him as much as I used to due to my health. I’m looking for someone who can provide him with exercise and ideally, canine companionship. He’s very well trained. He has never had an accident. And he’s never barked. I don’t t know if this has to do with his breed but he only lets out small cries if other dogs are barking around him. He REALLY loves being around other dogs. Great with kids and cats too. He’s good on and off leash. He’s had excellent veterinary care at Bridgton Veterinary Hospital and I have his medical information. Again, my health and small apartment with no other dog pals for him has left him so bored and I’d like to make him a happy boy.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Aggie is a joyful, wiggly girl who will make you feel like the most important person in the world. With her always-wagging tail and eager-to-please personality, she’s your personal fan girl, ready to shower you with love and excitement. This sweet, fast little rocket could thrive in dog sports like fast CAT or agility but has a medium energy level—ready for play and exploration, then happy to settle as a couch hippo when it’s time to relax. Dog-friendly and a bit goofy around awkward pups, Aggie enjoys playing with her foster sisters and boyfriends, like Toby and the neighbor’s dogs. She’s making great progress on potty training and house manners, proving her intelligence and adaptability. Whether you’re looking for a yardwork buddy, a loyal companion, or a dog with the potential to earn ribbons, Aggie might be the perfect fit for your family.
