Lucky for Swiper, she dug her way into a rescue worker's back yard. We tried to find Swiper's owners, but no one claimed her; and we were not surprised. Swiper might be a bit shy at first, but she warms up very quickly when she learns you are friend and not foe. Swiper has tested negative for heartworms, has been brought up to date on shots, is spayed and microchipped. Swiper does well with other dogs, cats, and children. Buzz showed up in the parking lot of a salon one day, he thought he needed a haircut, but the salon staff thought he could do without a cut and dry so instead called our rescue to come help with this cute pup. She was adopted by me very recently but due to some difficult unforeseen circumstances with finance and homing, I have to do right by her and look for a rehome. She loves walks and and taking naps on the couch by your side. She knows the commands sit, stay and come. This dog will be a huge blessing to anyone’s home who is looking for a versatile dog who either has an active lifestyle or a layed back, less intense dormitory life style. She excels in both environments. She is very well behaved and doesn’t destroy the house when you’re gone. I am very releunctant to give her up because she is such a perfect dog so anyone who is able to have her will truly enjoy her in their lives.
