Story
My name is Tank and I am a little timid by myself but when my bonded girlfriend, Ginger, is with me, I am more outgoing but still mellow. Ginger and I play a lot at the shelter but the folks here thought we were just friends and not the soulmates that we are. I am very well behaved and SUPER LOVING AND HAPPY when I am with my girl, Ginger. We are the perfect pair, like peas and carrots, if I say so myself. We like to play and hang out. We both do really well with kids and other dogs. We like adults and we are also cat friendly. Like I said, we are super great together but we are absolutely miserable when we are not with each other; we are like each others emotional support dogs (who`s heard of such a thing?) and we are each other`s security blankets. We would love to find a home where we can play and cuddle all of the time together!Thanks to the 2023 Kia Pet Adoption grant, Ginger and Tank`s adoption fees are $50.00 apiece so $100.00 for both.

Meet Sampson! He is a gorgeous male 3/12 yr old Boxer/Dane mix. He has been with his foster over a year and is ready to find his forever family. His owner had said he had a limp. X-rays showed that he does have a small piece of cartilage in the shoulder that shouldn't be there. With weight loss and exercise, it does not bother his in the slightest. Sampson does great with other dogs and cats, likes to play but also LOVES the couch! If you are looking for a buddy to lounge with this is your man! Sampson is neutered, current on vaccinations, heart worm negative and kept on monthly preventatives. To apply to adopt please fill out an application at www.handsofhoperescue.com.
