Bella is 3 years old. We have had her since she was a puppy. We were told her mom was a boxer/hound and dad was a husky. We were told by someone else who has experience with catahoula that she looked very much like she was catahoula or atleast part. Bella does not like smaller animals. Cats mainly. Chases and pins them down. Has never hurt one however. She has been with a dog her size and played very rough. She grew up with our cats and yorkie but has never left then alone. Absolutely no cats can be in home. Bigger dogs would need proper introduction but may work? She would however be perfect for a 1 pet home. We have tried everything we can think of to get her to leave the cats alobe but nothing has worked. She is crate trained as thats where she is at during day. She loves cuddling and playing. She has alot of enegry. Aggressive chewer. No toys will last with her even the ones that say they will. Tennis balls wont nake it more than 5 minutes. Solid heavy rubber toys last longer.

Just one look at this guy and you can't help but wonder why he was given the name Chicken? We do not have a clue. He is a senior guy looking for a home to spend out the later years of his life with all the comforts that a loving home will provide. Chicken still has a good amount of energy, but at the end of the day, he would simply prefer to curl up in your favorite chair, if you will let him, or a plush dog bed. He would do best with older children and a quieter lifestyle since that is what he had in his prior home. Come meet this guy and check out his big soulful eyes. Meet Sonnie!  He is senior guy at just over 8 years old, weighs in at 73# and is an American Pitbull Terrier mix.   Sonnie came to us after a change in his owners life circumstance. He was a very loved guy and it shows! Sonnie is gentle and loving!   He suffers from seasonal/food allergies and benefits greatly from having bi-monthly Cytopoint injections to keep them under control. Sonnie cannot have chicken/turkey based dog foods, as it causes him digestive upset, ear infections and skin issues! (He is not a fan of taking pills, so the easiest thing for him is an injection every 8 weeks!)   Sonnie would benefit greatly from losing some weight, as his current weight is too much for his frame. He enjoys going on walks and spending time outside, which will be beneficial to helping Sonnie shed that extra weight he's carrying around!   Sonnie will make a great addition to any family, as he loves everyone! Sonnie does good with other dogs as long as proper introductions are made. He loves children!!   Sonnie thinks its great fun to chase kitties, so probably best there are not any in his new home.   Sonnie was recommended to get a dental cleaning within a year.
