Whiskey was born July 15, 2023. He came into rescue at 8 weeks old when the owner couldn’t find him a home. His mother is boxer and father Black and Tan hound. (Pictures of parents attached.) He is a sweet playful pup that has done great with small and large dogs. He is crate trained and doing very well with his house training. He loves toys and sticks to chew on. Abel is a tall 2 year boxer mix, with long soft ears. He is good with other dogs and people. He enjoys playing with his foster sister, Daisy, especially after his morning walk and breakfast. He loves to cuddle on the couch with us, lays his head in our lap, and has us pet him all over. Although he is crate trained, it’s not his favorite place to be. We need to encourage (but NOT drag) him to go into his crate each night. Although Abel has had a few urinary accidents in our home, we feel it’s due to us adjusting to his needs. Hello, citizens! I'm Batman, your new favorite furry superhero ready to join your family and save the day with love, cuddles, and endless playtime! Let me tell you a bit about myself - I'm a Year-old boxer mix with a heart of gold and a belly that's just begging for rubs. I absolutely adore cuddling on the couch with my favorite humans, and I'm not shy about showing my affection with lots of kisses. Plus, I'm a connoisseur of comfortable blankets - there's nothing better than snuggling up with a cozy blanket after a long day of crime-fighting (or playing fetch)! When it comes to entertainment, I'm a big fan of chewing on dog bones and watching TV - especially if there are other animals on the screen. Speaking of animals, I'm very friendly with people and playful with other animals, including dogs and cats. Most pets I've met have felt indifferent toward me, but I think it's just because of my high energy and excitement about meeting new friends. I'd be great with any cat or dog that wants to play and be friendly with me! Now, let's talk about a couple of things I'm still getting used to - car rides and leash walking. I used to be nervous about car rides, but now that I travel in my crate, I'm starting to calm down. And as for leash walking, well, let's just say I'm a bit of a puller, but I'm getting better with practice - especially with the help of a harness. I've learned some basic cues like sit and down; and I'm crate-trained for bedtime and naps. Sometimes I'll cry to be let out if I need to go to the bathroom, but I'm mostly house-trained with only a few accidents.. I enjoy all kinds of treats, especially apples, peanut butter, and anything squeaky! Plus, I'm cool with all kinds of touch - you can pick me up like a baby. So, what do you say? This boy was surrendered due to the wife not wanting him around a newborn. Bob did nothing wrong and is a well behaved boy. He does need time to get used to new people but warms up pretty quickly. He gets along with other dogs and likes to play. He loves tennis balls and loves to chase them... he can fit 2 in his mouth at a time. He does well on a leash and is house broken. He does like children but will need time to adjust to their energy. He can get a little protective over what he considers "his" but is not a mean protector.... more bark than bite. Some added people socialization would probably help him. He is a good boy who was given a raw deal by his supposed family so he;s now looking for a new chance. He is located in Tennessee but can be transported through Rescue Riders.

This poor girl was just abandoned and left at the fosters house. The owner said she would be back for her but never came back or heard from again. Sally loves people but as far as kids go, she is better with older kids than younger kids. She is still working on being housetrained but is doing really well with it. She is good with other dogs but would recommend that they feed separately as she is very protective of her food dish. She is up to date on all shots, fixed and ready for a nice forever home with someone to love her so she can return that love. She really just needs a forever home - are you the family for Sally? If you're willing to love and care for her she will do the same for you. She would be a great family member for the right person. She is being fostered in TN but the transport to your area is included in her fee. We use Rescue Riders Pet Transport, the most animal-friendly transport on the road.
