I’ve been practicing my tricks to impress you - sit, down, come, and even roll over! The staff believes I’m likely housebroken and have the ability to learn even MORE tricks, especially if there are cookies involved. I came in with another dog and did very well with her, and I think I could live with another pup again. The volunteers describe me as a “superstar,” but I’ll let you be the judge of that. He’s tolerant of handling, adjusts quickly to a potty schedule, is crate trained (though he may whine), and walks well on a leash.Fidget is a project, but with a kind home and a social dog companion, he has endless potential. We have had Tyson for 8 years. He has always been so loving and just wants to more attention than we can give right now. He loves sunbathing, running outside, and walks to explore (ok on a leash). He enjoys being alone, but will occasionally play with our younger dog. Tyson has become more anxious since our family has grown and he deserves a home with no kids and lots of attention. Ideally, we would like to keep both dogs together. They've been together for 6 years. He would not take well to other unfamiliar dogs in a new home.
