Story
*Name: Brady *Age: 3 years old *Current Weight: 40 lbs. Location: Currently in a Texas foster home. Our rescue includes transportation to adopters and fosters to Brewster NY.  *Adoption fee: $475  Am I your perfect match? I sure hope so! I'm a playful, fun, and energetic boy with lots of love to give. My story started rough, but I've received all the medical and emotional support I needed to be my best self, and now I'm ready to find my forever family. Here are some things you should know about me: Active Lifestyle Enthusiast: I'd love an active family for neighborhood walks or even hiking! I haven't been on a hike yet, but I'm sure I'll love it. Cuddle Buddy: Looking for a lovebug? That's me! Cuddling on the couch to binge-watch our favorite Netflix drama is definitely in my top five activities. Pillow Sharer: Now that I know what it means to sleep with my human, I hope my new human is okay with sharing your pillow. Happy-Go-Lucky: I'm a happy-go-lucky boy who loves my chew toys and even licks the vet when I go for check-ups. Food Lover: Meal times are definitely #1 on my list of favorites, and I love the occasional treat (if hourly means occasional to you, that works for me too). Affectionate: If your hands aren’t busy, I might ask for some pets. Dog-Friendly: If you have a canine friend for me to play with, that would be super cool! I'd love a four-legged sibling. If all of this sounds good to you, please fill out an application because I can’t wait to meet my new family. I sure do hope they find me soon! He is currently living in a foster home in CT with 2 other dogs. He is a 1 year old handsome neutered boxer/hound mix who is about 55 pounds. Radley is eager to please, and very food motivated. He likes to eat his food away from other dogs where he can enjoy every bite. *Name: Cassy *Age: 3 years old *Current Weight: 50 lbs *Rescued from: Georgia, Currently fostered in NY *Adoption fee: $475  (plus $150 spay/neuter deposit, see below for more information) Meet Cassy!  This gorgeous, gentle soul is Cassy, a 3-year-old boxer-lab mix (with a bit of mystery thrown in), but one thing’s for sure—she’s 100% love! Cassy has been a devoted mama to her three puppies, and now it’s her turn to be the star of her own story. She’s ready to find a forever family who will give her the same love and care she so willingly gives to others. Cassy’s foster family can’t say enough good things about her! Here are a few of her most endearing traits: Sweet as SugarCassy is a certified snuggle expert. She’s gentle and affectionate with everyone she meets—from the littlest kids to her four-legged dog friends. She’s a true friend who loves to be by your side, whether it’s for a lazy afternoon nap or a burst of playful energy. Cassy’s just happy to be near you, showing her gratitude for a soft bed and a loving hand. An Outdoorsy Girl at HeartThough Cassy is quite the couch potato indoors, she lights up on walks! She enjoys long strolls and even short jogs, making her an ideal companion for anyone who wants a mix of activity and relaxation in a pup. Cassy would love a family who enjoys the fresh air as much as she does. Easygoing & Well-ManneredCassy is crate trained, although it’s not her favorite place to be; she’d rather be snuggled up with her family or relaxing on the couch. She’s well-behaved around food with no signs of aggression, making her a great fit for families with kids and other pets. If you’re looking for a gentle, lovable, and loyal companion who will melt into your family and bring a calming, joyful presence to your life, Cassy could be your perfect match. She’s been waiting patiently for her forever home and deserves all the love she’s given to others to come back to her tenfold. Could Cassy be the missing piece in your heart and home? Don’t wait—Cassy is ready to find her happily ever after with a family who will cherish her as much as she’ll cherish them. IMPORTANT: This dog has not yet been altered. Story
Rocky is a wonderful family dog with a super sweet and laid back personality. We have had him since a little 6 week old puppy. He has been a wonderful addition to our family and the decision to find him a new home did not come lightly. We have a 2 year old little boy and unfortunately Rocky has shown some signs of aggression towards him and we do not feel it is worth the risk to keep him. He will be fine in a home with older kids and fine with some dogs but no cats. He is well behaved in the home and needs someone who will give him all of the love and attention.
