Sandra D is an 1-year-old female Boxer/Collie mix who must be spayed before adoption.  She was found as a stray out in the county and no owner reclaimed her.  Sandra D weighs 48 pounds and she will be a medium to large adult dog.  She has a short coat that is white with brown and black markings.  Sandra D is active, playful, and would need a securely fenced yard where she could safely play.  She would be good in a home with other dogs and children.  Sandra D is a sweetheart; and someone would be lucky to have her as a new family member.Dog/puppy adoption fees are $120.  Cat/kitten adoption fees are $75.  All pets will be spayed/neutered before adoption; or you will be given a discount spay/neuter certificate to be used at participating vet clinics to help with the cost of spay/neuter.  Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices.  Maggie is a 3-year-old female Pit Bull Terrier who has already been spayed.  She is an owner turn in because there was a new baby in the home; and Maggie was nervous with the family's new addition. Maggie has a gorgeous gray coat with white markings; and her eyes are so pretty!  She you can tell by the condition of her coat that she has been well carried for.  Maggie weighs 84 pounds so she is a big girl!  Her previous owner has shared that Maggie is very gentle and well behaved.  She would be fine in a home with older children and other dogs.  Maggie is both house trained and leash trained.  This is a very nice dog; and if you have always wanted to own a Pit Bull you need to come meet our gentle giant.Dog/puppy adoption fees are $120.  Cat/kitten adoption fees are $75.  All pets will be spayed/neutered before adoption; or you will be given a discount spay/neuter certificate to be used at participating vet clinics to help with the cost of spay/neuter.  Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Luka is a 6-year-old-male Pit Bull Terrier who has already been neutered.  He is an owner turn in because there was a new baby in the home; and Luka was nervous with the family's new addition.  He is a very handsome dog who has a tan coat with white markings; and he weighs 87 pounds which makes him an extra large dog.  Luka is well behaved; and he is both leash trained and house trained. His previous owner has shared he is a big baby who is low maintenance and loves care rides.  Luka would be fine with older children but due to his size we would not recommend he be in a home with younger, smaller children.  If you have another dog, we would require you to bring your dog for a meet and greet with Luka.  This big guy is ready for a new family to love him.Dog/puppy adoption fees are $120.  Cat/kitten adoption fees are $75.  All pets will be spayed/neutered before adoption; or you will be given a discount spay/neuter certificate to be used at participating vet clinics to help with the cost of spay/neuter.  Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Story
I’ve had Danko since he was just a few weeks old, and someone had dropped him off in a parking lot when he was just a tiny puppy. He was my first baby, and he has been very spoiled through the years. He has always been more of a reactive dog, and has never done particularly well with children. He is a very sweet dog, but is afraid and reacts because of it. He has never bitten anyone. He loves cuddling, he loves swimming, and he loves eating. He is the perfect hiking companion, and he loves exploring. My husband and I have a one year old daughter now, and due to danko’s uneasiness around children, we just are not comfortable having him around our daughter anymore. While it absolutely breaks our hearts to start this process, we ultimately want to find him a perfect and loving home where everyone can feel at ease.
