Big Boy's two states of being are "overjoyed" and "asleep, and that goofy smile will follow him into both. This happy dude is looking for a home where he can play and run. He'd be overjoyed to have a fenced yard so he can do his thing. Fostered with other dogs, he's good as long as they mind their manners and has a proper "nice to meet you". Est. birthdate is 9/5/2019, 80 lbs. (more to love right?) a no cats kind of guy, crate trained, vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. Adoption fee $300.00. Story
AMOS is looking for a forever home down south🖤 Amos needs a dog-savvy and patient family. He is learning to trust all over again! We aren’t sure about his history, but he is learning that the rest of his life will be full of love and comfort. Amos is an approximately 2-3 year old boxer/lab mix that is about 65 lbs. He is incredibly sweet and loves being loved on, and doesn’t have an aggressive bone in his body. His trust is getting better with his foster family, but still is uncomfortable around strangers. We know with the lots of love and affection, he will trust his forever family fully! 🏡 Amos came to his foster family badly injured and still has big scars. We believe that he was tethered by a back leg and burned. He has regrown the hair in his back but not his hip and back leg but it just shows his resilience through what he’s experienced. He has the best underbite, too! 🐶 Amos is great with other dogs and cats. He would be great with kids as long as the family understands it will take a while for him to adjust. His foster mom says he is very clumsy though, so may accidentally step on a young kid. 😅 He loves to play with other dogs and gets confidence from them so another young playful dog is a must. He also loves to play with people & soft plush toys 🧸 He does surprisingly well in the car and loves walks even though they scare him a little bit but he’s gaining confidence daily! He is very smart and has good manners, and is Crate trained and potty trained. If you are patient and looking for a best friend for life, please apply for Amos! Story
Meet Chloe, a 3-month-old boxer/terrier mix pup with a curious mind and a spirited hop!  Chloe and her six siblings had the good fortune of being born into the comforts of a home after a Good Samaritan took in their stray mama shortly before she gave birth.  Born December 19, they have known nothing but love and safety ever since.  These pups are happy and sweet just like their mama, who is on the smaller side at about 30 pounds. They’ve been super affectionate to their foster families. Lots of kisses and the best puppy breath! They don’t mind eating food and playing with toys, but they absolutely love to give and receive affection from their humans. It’s their number one motivation, which makes them top-notch cuddlers!  You’ll occasionally catch Chloe hopping like a bunny in the yard, especially when there’s a pile of leaves to hop into. Chloe is curious about the world around her and seems ready for any adventure. When it’s time to relax, Chloe and her sister Clara join forces for the most adorable and compact puppy piles. They love taking naps on the couch with their foster mom.  Chloe and her littermates are all working on potty training and crate training, taking naps throughout the day in their crates and going outside to potty when they wake up. They’re all off to a good start, but their forever families will likely need to continue the work to get them perfectly potty trained.  Chloe and her siblings are on track to be medium to large size dogs when full grown, probably around 60 lbs, give or take. These puppies are poised to be great additions to any family with enough time and love to nurture them!

Story
We acquired Bama from the Shelby Humane Society a year and 1/2 ago. She is a five-year-old blue nose pitbull. She had puppies before we obtained her, but has now been fixed. She needs a home where she is the only dog and is not around Children. She is good around adults. She is shy, Cuddly, and very smart. She is potty, trained, and knows basic commands. Overall, she is a great dog but she cannot be trusted around children or other pets. She is up-to-date on all of her shots. We recently found out that we are having a baby girl so we sadly are looking to rehome her because she is not great around children. She loved sun baking and catching bumblebees. She walks great on a leash and occasionally has the zoomies around the house. Her favorite snack is cheese!
