Story
Courage Is Being Scared And Saddling Up Anyways Ranchero is a 8-10 month old Boxer/Labrador mix weighing in at 37lbs. This sweet guy is working on being brave, he is a little timid of men but with patience Ranchero will come around, loud noises are pretty scary too. Ranchero is conquering his fears one day at a time. It’s the little things in life that make this boy the happiest, Nylabones, treats and cuddles, but his all time favorite thing in the house is his fluffy bed. Ranchero is working on perfecting all his doggie manners. He is crate and potty trained. Ranchero is still a little uncomfortable on leash but continues to improve walk after walk. Good with dogs and cats. This boy is a fast learner and has an amazing recall already. Ranchero need will continue working on basic obedience and socialization in his new home. A securely fenced in yard is required in Rancher’s new home. Bubbly and cuddly with the sweetest face Rancher will have you eating out of his paws in no time. This boy will fit perfectly into any family. Will you help this boy face his fears so he can live his life to the fullest? All of our animals are fully vetted which includes spay/neuter, up to date on vaccines, wormed, heartworm tested and treated if necessary, up to date on flea/tick/heartworm prevention and microchipped) prior to adoption. Not good with cats, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
He is house and crate trained and knows basic commands. He is selective with other dogs and prefers to be top dog. He is not good with small furry critters like cats or chickens. He has a prey drive and is protective over his 'things' (toys, bed, crate, bowls). He is a good boy at bath time but hates having his toenails clipped. (With patience and love he now trusts me to do this.) Our dog adoption fees range from $95 to $400 and include spay/neuter, microchip, a rabies vaccine and a parvo/distemper vaccine. It also includes a heartworm test. All dogs are current on heartworm and flea prevention. If you see a dog here you are interested in, the best way to get more information is to visit our adoptable dogs album at www.SWSDogs.com. From there you can find the dog and comment on his or her picture which will notify the foster family of your interest. We are a foster-based rescue, so adoptable animals are in private homes in the NW Florida Panhandle. The best way to meet one of our pets is to attend our adoption events on Saturday. To find out where we'll be this week, visit our Facebook page at www.SavingwithSoul.com. Thank you for considering a rescued pet!
