Story
Buddy a young male Boston Terrier with a lot of love to give. "Buddy is a sweet and gentle dog who is curious about the world around him. He can be a bit protective of his person. He is very smart and would love to bond with his new forever family learning basic commands and some basic manners class would really benefit him and his adopter. He is athletic, loves to go for daily walks 1-2 x per day. The dog park would not be for him as he is nervous around groups of dogs, requires a slow intro to new dog friends. Low key small dogs works for him. Securely, Fenced yard is required! If you are looking for an agility dog, he would be perfect! He is smart and wants to please. Great companion for someone who enjoys being active walking, currently walks 2-3x per day for up to 2 miles an outing and enjoys going hiking. Loves to ride in the car in his car seat. Buddy likes people-slow to warm up, but once he does he is very sweet once he gets to know you. He would do best in a quieter home without children would be best. Buddy would thrive with an easy going small dog to play with and build his confidence. He is loyal and would be a great companion~A person that works from home would be ideal, he would not do well being left for many hours on end. Looking for a family that can be patient and loving, that can commit to his training over time. He has been let down by his initial owner. We want Buddy to Live his Best Life!! He deserves it! ** For an application please reach out that is the first step for us to review- We require an excellent Veterinarian reference, a home visit and all of our Bostons are matched to the best possible home that will meet their needs. We thank you for your interest in Boston Terrier Rescue! Breed experienced adopter is required for Buddy. ( Boston, Frenchie, Bulldog)

Story
Hi, I’m Mabel! I’m six years old and weigh 21lbs. I’m most likely a bugg (a Boston terrier and pug mix) and that’s why I have my long curled tail. I lost my right eye a little while ago, but you wouldn’t know it by how I act — Except when I accidentally bump into things that are on my right side, oops! Because I only have one eye left, it’s super important that my eye is protected and taken care of. I’m not allowed to stick my head in bushes, and because I want to be near people all the time, you have to be careful you don’t run into me and bump my eye. I love taking walks, playing with my foster brother, getting belly rubs, and chasing squirrels. I’m very cheerful and get excited about pretty much everything. I can jump really high, but my foster mom says I can be excited and not jump, so I’m working on that. I love people, and I love some dogs. My foster brother is submissive and we get along great. I’d need a slow introduction to any new pets, but I am pretty adaptable! Because I still jump and want to lick all the time, I won’t be a good match for young children. Even with two walks a day, I'm still very excitable and active, so I’d need to go to a home where I can get my walks in and burn off some energy. I’m a great walking buddy! I love running around the yard and can be a bit impulsive so a securely fenced yard is required to keep me safe! Breed experience required. ( Have had boston, frenchie, pug before) Committed to excellent eye care for her only eye that remains- ie going to the opthamologist to maintain good vision and health of that eye. If you think you might be a match...The first step is to contact us and fill out an application. There are several steps to being approved. Application, Excellent Vet reference, phone interview, and home visit - We match our dogs with a family that is can meet the needs of each dog, thus providing success for the adopted dog, and the adoptive family.

Story
Welcome Pumpkin to CCPAL Rescue. She is a 2-year old Boston Terrier/Lab or Cattle Dog is our best estimate. She has a rounded head with an upturned nose which has helped us come to this breed mix. She knows sit and will sit nicely for a treat. She likes treats and takes them nicely out of your hand. She likes toys and will give up her toy easily. She is good on leash even though she does pull some. She is very happy and really likes attention. She is good with the dogs that she has met at the shelter. She is also good in her kennel. She is an adorable dog and will make some lucky family a wonderful companion. She would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older. She is vaccinated, spayed, healthy and ready for her forever home. She would be a great family companion and would be great with a moderately active family. She is active but will calm down and be relaxed after a small amount of activity. She in our opinion a perfect dog. She would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older. She moderately sheds and weighs about 40 pounds. She is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally in Texas. We can also work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 300 and transport is 200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states. Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Her adoption fee is $450 We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.  Thank you for stepping up to save a life! 🐶 Quick Facts 🐾 • Name: Mimi • Age: Estimated 5 years • Gender: Female • Spayed: Yes • Breed: Boston Terrier Mix • Color: Black & White • Weight: 8 kg • Microchip Number: 410100012485640 • Health Information • Vaccinations (latest): ◦ Comprehensive Vaccine: June 16, 2024 ◦ Coronavirus: June 16, 2024 ◦ Kennel Cough: June 16, 2024 ◦ Influenza: June 16, 2024 ◦ Rabies: June 16, 2024 • Heartworm Test: Negative as of July 20, 2024 • Heartworm Treatment: Previously diagnosed with Stage 2 heartworm (positive test March 18, 2023); treated with injections on March 25–26, 2023 🐕My Story🐕 Hello there! I’m Mimi, a friendly and lovable Boston Terrier mix looking for a warm and cozy forever home. Let me share a little bit about myself and my journey so far. I was once part of a bustling car wash, where my previous family left me behind. For a while, I roamed around, even raising a couple of litters with my best friend, a Jindo nearby. But now, I’m all about finding a stable home, and I’m ready to move on from my roaming days. 👨🏻My Social Side 🐕 With people, I’m a true social butterfly! I greet everyone with a wagging tail, and I love nothing more than cozying up for pets and cuddles. I warm up to new faces easily, and I’ll even roll over to show my belly if we’re friends. Children? Absolutely! I enjoy being around kids and love the extra attention they give me. When it comes to meeting new furry friends, I prefer to take it slow and steady. I’ve made progress since my rescue, and while I still need time to feel comfortable, I can get along well with dogs similar to my size or smaller. I just ask for a gentle introduction and a little patience. 🔋My Energy Level & Walks🚶 I’m pretty easygoing on walks and don’t pull on the leash, following your lead like a pro! I’ve got a curious spirit and enjoy outdoor adventures with moderate energy. After a fun outing, I’m more than happy to relax by your side, soaking up the quiet moments. And while I’m happy to share my food with people, I can be a bit protective around other dogs—it's best if I enjoy my meal in peace. I’m also a quiet girl and rarely bark, though I might make a little sound if I see someone new or if I’m hoping for something special. 💕More About Me😋 I’m adaptable with bathroom habits too—whether it’s indoor pads or outdoor strolls, I manage both like a champ. I know some basic commands like "sit," "wait," and "high five," and I’ll hop right into my kennel when it’s time to settle down. 💌Last Message💌 I’m hoping to find a family who’ll appreciate my gentle nature, my little quirks, and my love for people. If you’re looking for a small, sweet, and affectionate companion to brighten your days, I think we’d make a perfect match. Could you be the loving family I’ve been waiting for? 📺 Videos📺 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eu6gv4LBPCI&list=PLIsLTtIpe3JwE5tVXUeHdmz-beVC-kRzH

Story
🐶 Quick Facts 🐾 • Name: Hodi • Aga: 10 years old approximate • Gender: Female • Spayed: Yes • Breed: Boston Terrier • Colour: Black & white • Weight: 8.3 Kg 🐕My Story🐕 Hello, future friend! I’m Hodi, a sweet and spunky Boston Terrier with a heart full of love. My adventure began in 2021 when I was rescued from a private shelter. Before that, I lived at Byeokgang Shelter, where I was well cared for, but when the shelter director sadly passed away, I needed a new place to call home. Thankfully, the amazing folks at Animal Freedom Union came to my rescue, and now I’m excited to meet you! 🐶Personality🐶 I have a friendly and affectionate personality. I love meeting new people and often greet them with wiggles and cuddles. Although I haven’t had the chance to meet many children yet, I’m curious about them! Once we become friends, I’ll show you my belly for some extra love—there’s nothing quite like a good scratch. Also you can lift me and hug me as much as you want! 👫My Social Side❤️ When it comes to my doggy friends, I can be a bit cautious when meeting new dogs, so a gentle introduction is always nice. I think I’d prefer to be the only dog in my new home, as I enjoy being the center of attention. 🔋My Energy Level & Walks🚶 I’m a curious explorer who enjoys sniffing my way through walks. I may tug on the leash from time to time, but I mostly love to follow my human’s lead. However, when we’re outside, it’s good to keep an eye on me to make sure I don’t pick up anything that doesn’t belong to me. After some outdoor fun, I’m ready to curl up and relax—nothing beats a cozy nap! 🐶 More About Me🐾 While I don’t guard my food from people, I do like my space during mealtime, especially if another dog is around. Just a heads up—I do have a big appetite, so a little care during mealtime is appreciated. I also have a special treat for you: I love to catch treats when you toss them my way! It’s one of my favorite games. I can be a bit too sad when left alone, so I’d love a family that can spend lots of time with me. I’ll also speak up when I want something to let you know! I’m looking for a loving and patient family who understands that I may need a little time to adjust to my new surroundings. With your kindness and support, I know I’ll blossom into the wonderful companion I aspire to be. 💌Last Message💌 If you’re searching for a loving little lady who will fill your days with warmth and joy, then I just might be the perfect fit for you. Let’s take our time getting to know each other and start this beautiful journey together! 📺 Videos📺 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n8Y3y2IsPzo&list=PLIsLTtIpe3JyTLle7DXK_1ylOdY9a87La
