Hi, I'm Rosie. I'm a 1year old Boston mix that loves to run and explore around the yard. I'm sure you're wondering about my cleft but no worries I can eat and drink just fine. It gives me a super unique and cute look though. I love, love, love stuffed toys and antlers. I also LOVE to snuggle with my hoomans. I don't do so well with other females as I want to be the only Queen in the house but I play well with the gentlemen after proper introduction. I wasn't house or kennel trained when my rescue took me in and I came to my foster home but my foster mom worked hard on it with me and now I'm good if I'm let out regularly. My foster mom says I'm a joy to have around and I will make a great family member to the right family. If you're interested in meeting my cute self and make me part of your family please fill out an adoption application for me at adoption.poundpupandfriends.org. My adoption donation is $150 and for that I'm spayed, microchipped, up to date on my vaccines, heartworm. Negative and current on hw and flea prevention. Lulu is kennel trained and making great progress with her potty training — she’s almost got it down. Lulu gets along wonderfully with other dogs and is polite around cats, choosing to simply ignore them. Because she gains confidence from canine friends, she’ll thrive in a home with another playful, friendly dog who can show her the ropes. Story
Daffy is a very sweet dog. she loves being with people. she does not like loud noises and does get stressed out during firework season. The reason for surrender is that she is one of five dogs. zin recent months she ended getting into an altercation with our biggest dog and was hurt badly. (she unfortunately does not know that she is as small as she is and does not back down). During her recovery she was kept separate from the other dogs. After her recover an attempt to bring the dogs back together was made. the two bigger dogs have now ostracized her and are too aggressive towards her. We are afraid that if another altercation occurs she may not survive. Daffy gets along with the 2 smaller dogs that we have. She would be a perfect companion for a senior owner who is home more often. although she gets along with our smaller dogs she would probably be better off as an only dog.
