Story
Meet Layla, a delightful 5-year-old English Boston Bulldog who’s as sweet and lovable as they come. At 30 pounds, she’s the perfect companion who enjoys the company of everyone—dogs, cats, and kids of all ages. Whether she’s playfully engaging with her furry friends, snuggling with her humans, or burrowing under blankets for a cozy nap, Layla’s affectionate nature makes her a wonderful addition to any home. When Layla first arrived in her foster home, she understandably was a little anxious. After a few days and some extra love from her family, she settled in beautifully and makes a great roommate. Fully house-trained, Layla will let you know when she needs to go outside. When it’s mealtime, she'll make hilarious squeaky noises to remind you she's ready to chow down. Though she prefers curling up for snuggles with you, she’s also crate-trained and settles quickly after a brief protest. When it comes to play, Layla thrives in the company of other dogs and plays beautifully with pups of all sizes. Whether she has her red squeaky toy or a tug-of-war match, she is ready to play with anyone. She has spent time with children ranging from 7 months to 14 years old making her a fantastic family companion. Layla thrives on being included in family activities. Whether it’s lounging on the couch, joining you for a short daily walk, or keeping you company during chores, she loves being part of the action. If you’re looking for a super sweet, easy-going and happy pup, Layla is ready to wiggle her way into your heart and home.If you are interested in this dog, fill out an application at this link to get the ball rolling - https://pethavenmn.org/adopt/adoptable-dogs/dog-adoption-application/The adoption fee is $450.
