Come meet Olly and other great adoptable dogs this Sunday (Nov. 17th) from 12-3 pm at the Petsmart in Falls Church (6100 Arlington Blvd, Falls Church, VA 22044)! Name: Olly Best Guess for Breed: Boston Terrier/Terrier mix Best Guess for Age: 5 months as of 11/7/24 SEX: male Estimated Weight (puppies' weights change quickly!): 19.8 pounds as of 11/6/24 Gets Along With: Most puppies are in the prime of their socialization window and will do well with other dogs, cats and kids so long as they receive patience and proper training. Currently Living at: Shelter. Olly needs a foster or forever home!! Special Adoption Considerations: Puppies under 6 months of age need to have multiple potty breaks/exercise throughout the day. Potential adopters with a standard 8-hour workday must be willing to make arrangements to meet the needs of their puppy. Olly is Looking For: Hiya! I am Olly! I'm just a puppy and such a good boy. : ) I'm sitting in a shelter, but I've heard I might get to travel to the Washington DC area and live in a house!! The other puppies are talking about how great it is to live in a house, it's quieter, you have your own toys, and a FAMILY!! I'd love to have a family to take walks with, go on hikes with, take car rides with, go to the dog park and a training class!! I would love to make that trip and meet my forever family, and show them how much I love them. My needs are really rather basic: food, a bed (I can certainly share yours in a pinch hahaha I'm not really kidding I can), some toys (I promise not to use your shoes instead plus you're going to be smart and put them away ; ) ), some walks (and those are good for you too) and trips to the dog park or doggie day care (also I'm sure good for you!). And in exchange, I'll be the best boy for you and love you for the rest of my life!! What do you say, don't you need a little Olly in your life??? What My Foster Says About Me: We will update this section when Olly has arrived in the DMV and spent some time with his foster! Puppy Vetting Requirements: Lucky Puppies have had their age appropriate vaccines, but may not yet be “fully” vaccinated. It is the adopter’s responsibility to ensure that the remaining puppy vaccines are given at the appropriate time. Please also keep in mind that, until your puppy is fully vaccinated, they are at greater risk for illness than an adult dog. Your new puppy will need to work on their house training and will also need to go to obedience school so they can grow into a well-socialized dog! TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this puppy is $485, which includes the cost of routine vetting and transport from the shelter.
