Betty Boop Betty might be little but has a whole lot of love . She wakes up with a smile on her face and you cant help but smile too . We've found she likes coconut oil belly rubs and enjoys being scratched since her legs are too short to do it herself. She likes going on walkies or just sittin around watching tv burrowed in a fluffy blanket. Betty is playful pup and should have an owner with experience with bully breeds . Betty is *fully vaccinated *spayed *microchipped *heartworm negative

Approx. DOB: 11/16/14                 Approx. Weight: 17 Lbs Adoption Fee: $175 includes a 2 week trial to ensure everyone's happiness! Birmingham is a senior Pug mix (possibly with Boston Terrier) who came to Furry Kids after her Dad passed away. She goes by 'Birmy' and we were told she is only called her full name when she is in trouble or you need her to pay attention. Birmy is a really sweet dog but has her quirks. Birmy is in a foster home with dogs of all sizes and cats(she really needs a cat free hgome). She has always been an only dog and would probably do best with another low key dog. She loves her human and is very loyal to one person. She loves running and playing ball in her yard She needs a dog savvy owner that is more of a homebody.  She has developed a trust of her foster Mom and has even started to snuggle with her! No children or teens for Birmy. If another dog or person rushes her or she becomes overstimulated she will give a warning snap 'saying back off' but has never bitten to our knowledge. Birmy does not like to be crated and is not crated in her foster home, she was terrorized and abused in a crate as a young pup. She does ok on a leash but needs work. She needs a fenced yard. I have been spayed, vaccinated, heartworm tested negative and microchipped.  If you are interested in adopting me, please complete the adoption application located at www.furrykidsrefuge.org/adoptadog and a dedicated volunteer will get back to you as soon as possible.   Furry Kids' Refuge is in need of good quality dog and puppy food with meat as the first ingredient.  You can drop off donations at our weekly adoption events at the Lee's Summit Petco (1860 NW Chipman Road, Lee's Summit, MO), Saturdays only from 11am to 2:00 p.m.  Donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.  Would you like to foster a Furry Kid? Furry Kids' Refuge will supply the food & vet care while you supply the basic house rules & love.......win-win for all!!  Just visit our website http://www.furrykidsrefuge.org/category/fostering/  for more information. Thanks for your support! Lucy was dumped in a ditch. I couldn’t leave her there so I took her got her all her vet needs taken care of. Unfortunately I can’t keep her though. She is good with other dogs and small children. She is amazing dog that needs love and attention. She does not like car rides. I believe it’s anxiety from being dumped in a ditch. Please someone give Lucy a forever home! I am not sure what breed she is.
