Ribbit is an amazing little guy. When he came to the rescue as a tiny puppy we weren't sure if he would thrive. His front legs were both deformed and he had a condition called Swimmers in his hind legs. The vets weren't sure if he would ever be able to walk and thought he may have to lose one of his front legs because of the deformities. As Ribbit grew and we did physical therapy with him his hind legs quickly became strong and he was learning to use them very nicely. We worked on his front legs too and with time he gained the use of them too!!!!! He now gets around great and scampers with the other dogs in his foster home. The vets were amazed at his progress and he will never need to lose his leg. YAY! Ribbit is around 11 months old and weighs in at around 18lbs. He is a very happy boy who loves to play and have fun as is classic with the breed. Ribbit is located in Freeport NY and is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. We rescued Gigi from a hoarding/breeding situation where she was completely neglected. GiGi was missing most of her hair due to a bad skin infection but now she is all healed up and more beautiful than ever! Gigi is friendly, happy and as sweet as sugar.
