Story
Chilli is part of the TLC litter and she is amazing! Best guessed to be a Boston Terrier/Shihtzu Mix. She is about 12 weeks old (2/17/25) and expected to be under 20lbs. She loves kids, other dogs, exploring, playing and snuggles. She would do great as an only pup or with other dogs! She is wire haired, smart, and playful. Chilli would love a yard, and to hang with kids or another dog. Chilli is crate trained and working on potty training. February 17, 2025, 12:35 pm

Story
I'm a lovely senior guy with one-eye, who hasn't met a person yet that I don't like. I will need to stay with my buddy Ben. We are Ben & Jerry forever! I'm 25 pounds of joy. I am crate trained, know some basic commands, and love to go on walks. I am a bit overweight, but my foster is working hard to rectify that much to my disappointment, because I like cookies a lot. I like to snuggle and get pretty excited when the butt scratches begin, spinning around and begging for more. I get along well with other dogs, in fact, my best buddy, Ben, and I are a package deal when it comes to finding a new forever home as we are pretty bonded. I am definitely the more confident part of the Ben and Jerry package. I am respectful of other dogs when they tell me off...I can be a little pushy but know when to back off. I have been living with several cats and I don't pay them any attention. I'm not sure I like children, but I'm sure older children (8yrs+), who could be respectful of my older age would be fine. I don't play too much with toys, but I do like chewing on cow hooves and other appropriate chews. My ideal home would be where I would get lots of butt scratches, attention, walks, and of course cookies. My adoption fee includes a training program specific for my needs.

If you are interested in me after reading about me, please visit my site, http://www.breederadoptions.org and follow the instructions. The majority of the dogs we rescue, mostly breeder dogs, have lived their entire lives in less-than-ideal conditions so will need to be socialized, house and leash trained. Most have never lived in a house, walked on a leash, had a treat or sat in a lap. For many of them, their feet have never touched the ground after living for years on wire until they arrive at our main facility where they are evaluated, groomed and given vet care. Most of these dogs are not socialized and need to be cornered to be picked up, so are not suitable for people with physical disabilities or suffer from PTSD. They need folks who will make them the center of their world and help them learn to trust before even attempting to train.  Please do not apply if you do not meet the requirements of the dogs we rescue.  However, they will learn with time, love, patience and most of all, commitment. You must have an ample supply of all of these to reap the rewards of watching these very special dogs become your wonderful companion. We state any known health issues, all are altered unless there is a medical reason not to, which we will advise, any known medical issues addressed, are microchipped, are UTD on all vaccines and have been checked out by at least one veterinarian, usually two. We do not guarantee the health of any of our rescued dogs. The dogs we rescue have lived with other dogs all of their lives and most get along with other dogs. We state if they are dog aggressive. We require a permanent, full-time parent. That means you must be able to spend the majority of your time with your new companion to socialize and train. We do not, under any circumstances, place them in homes with young children as they have not been exposed to children and we do not know how they will react. Please do not waste your time or ours if you are not prepared to adopt within 2 weeks and you are not willing to pick the dog up at its location. Hi! My name is Figgy, and I am a sweet French bulldog girl who was born 1/12/20, and I weigh 24 pounds. I must have a home with adopters who understand the needs of my breed and  Children over 7 years old would be okay with me. I would be best as an only dog. If you have been waiting for a gorgeous Frenchie, please ask for me on your application to http://www.breederadoptions.org. Love, Figgy 051824-20  November 20, 2024, 11:07 pm
