Story
Gunny is a 4 year old dog that was bought during Covid shutdown. He had a constant companion for over 3 years until his companion went away to school. After, he attached himself to another human in the home. He is a typical Boston who is a bit neurotic. He is overall a sweet boy but he needs someone who has time to spend with him and continue working with him to become a better doggy citizen. He will always have some issues but he is a good pup for the right companion  if you are interested in hearing more about him, fill out an application and someone will get back with you. All of our pets are up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm tested if over 6 months old and will be spayed or neutered before being allowed to go home.  Unfortunately, we don't always know the background of each dog. Some were dumped, abandoned in an empty house, left tied to a tree, picked up by animal control as strays, or simply unwanted by their owners. Please take into consideration that owning a pet is a 10+ year commitment and discuss with all members of your family before submitting an application to adopt.  If you have already filled out an online adoption application with our organization in the last 6 months you do not need to fill out another application.
