📌 Important Adoption Information All of our dogs are currently living in private shelters or foster homes in South Korea. Once an adoption is approved, dogs will travel to the United States through legal and approved international transport procedures. Video calls are available prior to adoption, and adopters can communicate with our rescue team in real time through our official organization and app-based messaging channels throughout the process. • Rescue Story: Meet Moana👋🏻 She was found wandering the streets of Paju, South Korea in 2022. She ended up at a high-kill shelter but was thankfully rescued just in time. Since then, she’s been living in a private shelter with many other dogs, charming everyone with her affectionate personality. Now, she’s ready to find a forever family of her own! • Personality: Affectionate, Friendly, Goofy Moana is truly one of a kind. She quickly won the hearts of volunteers with her gentle, loving nature. She follows people around like a little shadow, happily greeting everyone—even strangers—with tail wags and affection. Moana thrives on human interaction and loves tug-of-war, belly rubs, and being the center of attention. Her energy level is moderate, making her a great balance of playful and calm. • Affinity with - Dogs: Moana is incredibly social—not just with people, but with dogs, too. She’s often the first to welcome new arrivals at the shelter, helping them feel safe and at ease. While she would thrive as the only dog in the home, Moana also does best with calm dog companions. - Cats: Not tested with cats - Adults/Kids: Great with adults / She hasn’t been tested with cats or kids, but based on her gentle demeanor, we believe she’d do well with respectful children. • Walking Manners: Moana has also started practicing her leash skills and is doing great! She may pull a little at times, but overall, she walks well and is eager to please. • Housetrained: As she’s lived in a shelter, Moana will need some house-training in a home setting. • Bathing/Brushing: She’s tolerant of baths and grooming. • Car Sickness: She’s curious and alert during car rides, taking in the world around her. • Separation Anxiety: Zero. • Barks/Howls: Very quiet • Appetite/Food Allergies: Eats well. No food allergies found so far. • Shedding level (1~10): 5 • Likes/Dislikes: She loves affection & treats! • Health: Moana finished her heartworm treatment in Oct 2024 and is in great health. She underwent successful surgery for an inguinal hernia in Mar 2025 and has fully recovered. She has a clean bill of health and is ready for her new adventure! (Her two front bottom teeth are missing) 💙 Adoption Fee Information The adoption fee already includes all major expenses, such as: International transportation, Customs and export documentation, Medical care (spay surgery, vaccinations, health certificate, deworming, etc.) For this reason, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting a breakdown or negotiation of the adoption fee. This precious pup is Winnie! She is a female, approx 3 year old, Boston Terrier/Japanese Chin mix (best guess). Winnie came to us when she was rescued along with her brother and son from a terrible situation where the dogs were kept tied up, living outside with only boxes as their shelter. Thankfully, we were able to get the owner to relinqish them and they came straight to us where they were fully vetted and went into wonderful foster homes. The brother and son have been adopted, but Winnie is still in search of her forever family. We are looking for a home for her with another sweet but playful pup and owners that are not gone long hours during the day. A home with a safe and secure yard she can run around in would be great! Winnie had a very rough life in her past so we want to make sure that she gets the forever home she deserves! Winnie is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Adopt Jolie 🤍 She is a 2 year old, 25 lb girly who was found as a stray. Meet Jolie 🤍 Jolie is a hilarious, high-personality Frenchie who is equal parts goofball and cuddle bug. She loves zooming around the yard, exploring anything new, and showing off her playful energy. Once she gets her zoomies out, her favorite place to be is curled up on the couch demanding belly rubs and soaking up attention from her people. Jolie is very food motivated and eager to learn, which has helped her make great progress in training. She’s fully potty trained, doing well with crate time, and continues to improve on leash with structure and consistency. Because she likely missed some early socialization, Jolie can be unsure with new people at first and may need slower introductions—especially with men or children. Once she feels safe, her affectionate and silly personality really shines. Jolie would do best in an adult home with no other pets at this time. She is currently working through leash reactivity toward other dogs and has already been making encouraging progress with training and focus work. A structured routine, clear guidance, and an adopter willing to continue her training will help her keep building confidence. She has a bit more energy than the typical Frenchie, but a good structured walk and some playtime help her settle beautifully. After that, she’s all about cuddles and being close to her people.
