Story
Rory is 19 months, 13 lbs. Border Terrier mix. He’s house- and crate trained. He walks well on the leash and is calm on car rides. He doesn’t mind baths. He’s a quiet boy unless he hears noises or the door bell. He keeps busy with toys, chews and occasional zoomies in the yard. He gets along well with other dogs. He’s an obedient little pup but finding your sock or shoe is too great a temptation and so much fun. If you’re looking for a smart and friendly canine companion or recliner buddy don’t let his unusual name or young age keep you away. Adoption fee is: $300 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs. EIN # 46-5486022

Story
Hello, my name is Ruchi, or Rue for short. I’m a shy and slow-to-warm-up girl, but once I get to know you, I love being right by your side. I was living outside, so you can imagine how much I adore a soft, warm bed. I have heartworms, but I’ll be going through fast-kill treatment, completely covered by the rescue. My perfect companion will be patient with my introverted self, especially as I continue working hard on my potty training—I’m making great progress! I do great with cats and dogs, and in fact, having a dog companion might help me warm up even faster My adoption fee is $250 locally in Houston, TX. It includes all my vaccines, spay/neuter, and microchip. The rescue is also covering my heartworm treatment. Story
She had run up to my wife as she was walking our other two dogs. My wife took her to see if she had a microchip, which she does. The original owners took her back but then contacted my wife saying she wasn't behaving. My wife noticed behaviors on the dog when it comes to men (at first) and loud noises or even elevated tone of voice. She would need a home that has a very consistently active lifestyle. She loves to play with toys but she doesn't always realize which ones aren't. She would need a home willing to train her but she seems to be very smart and aims to please!
