Story
Hi, I’m Paris! I’m a 4-month-old terrier mix, currently 7 pounds of scruffy sweetness with a thoughtful little face that makes people stop and stare. Some say I look like a tiny woodland creature. I’ll take that as a compliment. I’m still very much a baby, learning how the world works one day at a time. I can be a little unsure at first—I like to observe before I jump in—but once I feel safe, my gentle, curious personality starts to shine. I’m not loud or pushy; I’m more of a quiet companion who wants to stay close and figure things out together. I’m expected to stay on the smaller side when I’m grown. I’d love a home that understands I’m still learning, where patience, kindness, and consistency help me grow into the confident little dog I’m meant to be. If you’re looking for a puppy with a soft heart, soulful eyes, and a calm, sweet presence, I might be your girl. I promise to grow with you, love deeply, and always try my best. Much Love, Paris

Alyssa is a 3 year old Border Terrier and Yorkie Mix with the calmest, sweetest soul. Found as a pregnant stray, she came to Lovejoy, lovingly raised her babies, and watched every one of them get adopted. Now, this beautiful mama is patiently waiting for her own forever home. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, and truly a dream companion — gentle, affectionate, belly-rub obsessed, and wonderful on leash. Alyssa is non-reactive and gets along beautifully with dogs, cats, and kids of all ages. If you’re looking for a loving, easygoing best friend, Alyssa may be the one. Come meet her and see for yourself. We hold an event every weekend at our facility on SATURDAY and SUNDAY 11-5pm and open to the public. It is first come first serve we do not evaluate applications prior to an event. If there are multiple interested parties in the same dog or puppy at the same time we would pick the best out of the 10 applications. Story
Ziggy is a fun little terrier mix, about 8–10 pounds and close to 3 years old. He is full of energy, vibrant, cuddly, and guaranteed to make you smile every time you look at him. Ziggy is just the right size to curl up in your lap, be held in your arms, or travel along with you on visits and adventures. He is easygoing, good with people and other dogs, and although he hasn’t been introduced to cats yet, we think he would likely do fine with them too. This sweet boy is fully vetted, neutered, microchipped, and current on his shots—ready to start his new life with a lucky adopter. Ziggy is the kind of companion who will quickly become your best friend. His adoption fee is $450. If you are interested, please email us at alphadogpetrescue@yahoo.com to request an adoption application. We are looking for someone committed to giving Ziggy the time and love he needs to settle into his forever home. Ziggy is currently in foster care in San Bernardino County and will need to be met and picked up there.

Story
Ryder is the total package! This sweet and lovable Cairn terrier mix is the definition of a loyal companion. With a laid-back, easy-going nature, Ryder is happy to hang out with you on the couch or play fetch in the yard — especially if there are doggie snacks involved! Ryder was rescued at 8 weeks old from Hesperia Shelter, with a sibling who passed from parvo soon after they arrived. Ryder never developed parvo and has been healthy since that time. He gets along wonderfully with kids and other dogs, and his non-shedding coat makes him a great option for families who prefer less fur around the house. Ryder’s calm, affectionate, and loyal personality makes him an ideal addition to just about any home. He is microchipped, neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations. Ryder is currently being fostered in San Bernadino County, CA and must be picked up from there. For adoption information, please contact AlphaDogPetRescue@yahoo.com
