Meet Tiny! This 4-month-old, 30 pound, border collie mix is looking for a home that appreciates his breed and understands what they do.
This boy loves exercise, toys, and attention. He is friendly and sweet to all people and other dogs. Tiny is social, well-mannered, and playful. Because he's intelligent, he has quickly picked up potty and kennel training and could easily plan your next vacation. Despite being smart, he's not interested in world domination and is easily distracted with a toy or squirrel.
Because he's a smart herding breed, he enjoys the occasional herding. He adores children, but will organize them. He loves dogs, but will organize them. He can't get enough of his toys, but will organize them. You got to love those type A personalities - they make the world go round. Tiny is a 4-month-old mixed breed rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $400 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, 4DX testing, and neuter. This dog is good with other dogs and and children. Tiny has not been tested with cats. This dog is working on kennel training, housebreaking, and home etiquette. We would love for you to meet Tiny and see if he might be a good fit for your home.
The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals.
We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!)
Please note, we do not have the ability to process adoption applications at our adoption events, so please plan accordingly. If an application is submitted past 5pm on Monday-Thursday, it will begin review the following day. If submitted on Friday-Sunday, it will begin review on Monday. It takes approximately 1-2 business days for an application to be processed.
Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525). *We will not be hosting an adoption event on Saturday, October 19th. Instead we will offer private adoption appointments for individual animals this week.*
