Story
Pappy is, what we call in rescue, a “very good boy!” He is young; estimated to be between 1-2 years old. He weighs 45-50 pounds and we believe he is a red Border Collie/ Great Pyrenees mix. This is an educated guess, based on his coloring and double back do claws, so Great Pyrenees mix is very likely. Pappy is has interacted favorably with many other dogs in rescue. He is friendly with dogs and super friendly with people! He has a gentle nature and is affectionate. He will be a fun and easy addition to any active family or individual wanting to add a 4-legged companion who will be an eager partner in crime and a constant source of unconditional love. He is pretty good on a leash and crate trainedFOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. Border Collie Labrador Retriever

Story
Meet Kage, the ultimate good boy who's just so darn cute! This gentleman is a pro at house living, fully potty trained, and a master at walking on a leash and harness. He's a social butterfly, getting along famously with other dogs and loving those backyard playdates with his pals. Kage is a stunning mix of Lab and Border Collie, the perfect blend of intelligence and family-friendliness. He's just the right size, like a mini Lab or a slightly larger Border Collie. When you find two fantastic things that go together like peanut butter and jelly, you celebrate! Kage is that winning combo, and now you can celebrate by making him a cherished member of your family. His temperament is pure gold - sweet as honey with everyone he meets. Now, here's the scoop: Kage is a special needs pup, and he's looking for someone who can be with him about 90 percent of the time. Storms, rain, and loud noises send him into severe panic attacks, and he's been known to chew through walls when anxiety strikes. Crates aren't his jam because of past storm-related trauma. He's also dealing with seizures, so he's on medication for that. Kage would thrive in a local adoption, and he's best as a single dog with no cats or small animals around. He's a wonderful companion for older kids, and he loves nothing more than cuddles and long walks. He's got the whole house training thing down too. His foster mom adores him and has prepared him for his forever family as best she can. Now, the ball is in your court. Remember, when you adopt Kage, you're not just bringing home a good boy; you're giving him the loving, understanding home he deserves. Don't shop, adopt, because Kage's life depends on it! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)
