Hi my name is Teddy and I am ready to find my forever family. I’m full of fun loving energy and adore long walks through the neighborhood and playing ball in the backyard. (I’ll help you keep that exercise resolution you made!) I enjoy roughhousing with my foster brother and sister, so an energetic canine sibling would be just grand. I have not been officially cat tested, but enjoy barking at and pulling on the leash to chase the cats I see on my daily walks. Being that I am still a puppy at a year old and 40 pounds, I will do best with kids over 10, although I do fine with tiny humans as young as a year old for short periods of time. I am 100% potty trained, vetted and crate trained. Although I can be vocal in the crate, I don't play Houdini and make great escapes. I am being fostered in Amarillo but can travel to my new family. I am healthy, neutered, and fully vaccinated.

Dug is a sweet, loving, cuddle bug! He is healthy, neutered, vaccinated, 47 lb, 5-6 years old. He is being rehomed due to anxiety he began to exhibit around owner's one year old. Dug loves to play and he plays well with other dogs. He is a big fan of frisbee, tug, chasing the remote control car, and running alongside us when we rollerblade. He loves being in the car and going on adventures. He's incredibly friendly and gives the best cuddles and snuggles. He walks well on a leash, is house trained (and doggy-door trained), he does well getting his nails trimmed and dremmeled, and is patient when he gets a bath. He loves to be lazy on the couch just as much as he loves to play. Dug does show some signs of anxiety in new environments so introductions need to be slow and calm, and he will need plenty of adjustment time in your home. He should not be in a home with small children - otherwise, he is a great dog!

Hi I'm Hawk! I am the sweetest little boy on the block and I would love my very own furever family! My birthday was April 18, 2024. I am a fast learner, know how to go potty as soon as I hit the grass, but could use a little more coaching to be one hundred percent potty trained. I'm a big fan of the belly rubs. Meet Nimoy. This 10-year-old handsome gentleman is just that. A gentleman. He has very good house manners and gets along well with other dogs, large and small. He is not good with cats. He has not been tested with small children. He loves people and craves attention and love. Nimoy came from a very loving home and sadly lost it when his previous owner died along with his canine companion leaving him with no home, so he came to rescue. Here is what we know about him: He walks well on a leash and knows sit, stay and come. He is house trained but not crate trained. He has severe separation anxiety but is fine if he has a canine companion to stay with him when his people are gone. He would not be a good dog for a first-time dog owner as he does have some issues that would require someone with some experience to work through. In summary, the perfect home for Nimoy would be with experienced dog owners with patience and knowledge to continue to help him work through some issues that most likely have resulted from the loss of his family. He needs a calm home without cats, preferably with a canine companion. I would not recommend a home with small children. He is UTD on all vaccines, neutered, and on HW and Flea and Tick preventative. After the shock wore off, the woman who was given the puppy took her to the shelter for help. Maizie is a sweet girl who likes to play and nap. She loves to be petted, especially belly rubs, and is very affectionate. Maizie is a sun bather and is loving this fall weather combined with warm sunshine! She enjoys playing with her foster sisters in the yard and inside. We believe she would do well with other doggie friends or alone as she is equally comfortable alone as with the other dogs in the home. She loves a good, fuzzy, comfy bed, crinkle toys and chew toys! She’s doing well with potty training. Puppies at this age will require patience and training to become the best pup they can be. Current weight 25 lbs Projected weight 60+ Crate training: crate trained We are requesting a donation of $325 for the adoption which includes her spay, three rounds of puppy vaccines, a rabies vaccine, microchip with registration, dewormer and a single dose of heartworm preventative. We do not have a facility to house the dogs in our program. They are all kept in foster homes until they are adopted. The Big Rig has come to North Texas (Dallas area)! The Mack truck of puppies, the wriggliest of them all, Wrigley! Coming in at a whopping 65lb plus, this neutered pup isn't even a year yet and is not for the faint of heart! This sweet boy has a big playful personality and loves to throw his weight around. Mr. Rig is looking for a forever family/person that can keep up with his energy, both physically and mentally! He would love some kids or younger/larger dogs to play with as he loves to roll around and wrestle. He is actually pretty malleable with people and dogs and will happily flomp over for belly rubs! Have a pool or like to visit the lake? We believe Mr. Wrig will take to water like a duck and thoroughly enjoy some summertime swimming! Wrigley will need an experienced family that knows how to stay consistent with obedience to really thrive. Though it is for his own good to become a top notch canine citizen, he will happily tell you all about it. Wrigley is very food motivated and walks decent on a leash, though he does love to try and catch bugs, eat long blades of grass to look like a rustic Texan, and explore his surroundings, he tires out pretty quick in the heat.
