Adopted as a puppy from the Animal Defense League, he has spent his life as a loyal family companion and is wonderfully well mannered. Billy is quiet and easy going; he rarely barks (usually just a soft alert when the doorbell rings) and enjoys relaxing near his people on a cozy dog bed. He has lived peacefully with other dogs and cats and is very gentle with children. Billy loves praise, kind encouragement, and the occasional treat. Short walks and time outdoors make him happy, but he is just as content relaxing in a peaceful home. He would thrive with a family who can give him companionship, a yard to enjoy, and lots of love during his sweet senior years.
