He lived with his first and only owner until she had to move in with her son, who wouldn’t allow Marvel to come along. Now, the rescue environment is a bit overwhelming for him.He’s a submissive and gentle soul who gets along well with other dogs, but he’s still nervous as he adjusts. Marvel would thrive in a calm, loving home where he can feel safe and start to relax. I am a great mixed breed pet for a family or an active person with a fenced yard to potty in and do a little exercise. I will be a medium to large sized adult. Since we are mixed with Shepherd, Border Collie, Terrier etc we will enjoy daily walks, dog training and suitable toys/bones. Due to our exercise needs and being vocal we will not do well in apartments, but a house with a fenced yard is best. Meet and greets are best with current dogs in the home as some adult dogs may not like an energetic pup. Welcome Willy to CCPAL Rescue. Willie is a 4.5 month old 30 pound Border Collie mixed pup. He is proably going to be a 55 to 60 pound adult. He is smart, good in a crate, good in a car and very affectionate. He currently is in foster care of a farm and he gets along well with other dogs and cats. He is not good with free range chickens. He is learning his potty manners and is already neutered and has all vaccines. He is healthy and ready for his forever home. He would be great with someone that loves the breed. He is a mix so doesn’t have all the qualities of the BC but he is smart, attentive and affectionate. He is decent on a leash and would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older. He isn’t as high energy as the pure bred Border Collie but he is a average playful puppy. An active family wanting a nice young companion to join your family would be best. Another playful dog would be good or a large yard for him to play in. He is currently in Texas and can find a local adopter. We can also work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 400 and transport is 200. Welcome Bear to CCPAL foster program. Bear is a young male that is 5 months old. He is 50% Border Collie and the other is Terrier. These puppies all love the water and would love a home that allows them to play in the water. He is the biggest of the 3 boys and a stronger personality. He is the most dominant of the 3 boys. He is outgoing and social and is slightly less attentive than his two brothers. He should be 50 pounds full grown. He currently is about 27 pounds. He lives with children and is around goats in his farm house foster home. He has long beautiful and shinny fur. He is knows sit and can walk on a leash. He is good in a car and friendly with his litter mates. He hasn’t been around any other dogs but his litter mates. They are all boys. He has the striking looks of a Border Collie. We would love someone that knows and loves the breed to apply for Bear or any in this litter. We think Bear has less of the Border Collie personality and more of the dad’s personality who was a Terrier. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. This sweet boy was pulled from death row at animal control. He and his sister didn't have much time left. Vinnie has a very kind personality, skittish at first but will warm up when he gets to know you. He is a bit frightened of being touched or held so you just have to work with his terms. He will allow affection, but on his terms and when he is in the mood. We assume he did not receive much affection or care, if at all, but he still is just waiting on his forever home to love. Vinnie does like other dogs, loves toys, seems to be crate trained a bit. Vinnie is a great boy, with so much potential in the right home, he would probably do best in a quiet home without small children and he IS a flight risk, and will need an experience adopter. We hope that you will give him a chance.

Trixie loves to play in water, love toys, is very snuggly, and loves getting belly rubs. She knows "sit" and how to give nose boops with lots of kisses. She would make a great companion for someone.
