Story
This is a fun group of pups! They aren't very loud, do not bark a bunch unless playing. They do well in a crate, usually just go to sleep. Very sweet group that would do well with any type of family. Vivian is a happy girl who will greet with a smile! She is teething so watch out!! She is fun, energetic and a fun pup to have around. They will probably do well with some exercise but a yard isn’t necessary if walked enough. They would do well on hikes or other outside adventures. All basic puppy training is going to be needed along with leash work.

Border Collie Mixed Breed (Medium)

Size
(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
Details
Good with dogs, Not good with cats, Needs special attention, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Leo is an silly playful male Border Collie mix that was born in April 2017. He loves to run, go on car rides and cuddle. He enjoys being with people and is a good fit for older children. Leo is already housebroken and would enjoy having a fenced in backyard. A privacy fence would be best. Leo prefers the company of big dogs over little ones. If you own another dog, we can do a meet and greet to see if they are compatible. Kitties, unfortunately, are not a good fit. Due to a genetic skin disorder, Leo must take medication every other day. For a wonderful dog like Leo, it is a small price to pay. Leo is anxious to have a family of his own. Will that be you?To adopt this pet, please go to hsnwga.org, 'Adoption' then 'Application for Adoption', to complete an online application to be preapproved. Due to the high volume of applications received, our Adoption Coordinator will only contact the applicant that best meets the needs of the pet.

Story
Onion is an adorable and lovable puppy. She is relatively calm when she gets used to her new environment. She loves playing with the cats hasn’t had much interaction with other dogs other than her parents. She is almost house broken but still has accidents here and there. She needs someone with the time and space for her. I work 12 hour shifts and live in a small apartment so it makes it hard and I feel unfair for her. She just needs a good home with lots of attention and love.

Story
She was an owner surrender on 3-1-23 & is ready for her furever home. Xena LOVES going on car rides! She has alot of energy when on a leash & wants to explore. We believe she is a border collie/shepard mix. She's 63lbs, utd on shots, & spayed. Also thinking she's about 3yo & HW negative. She does good with people & enjoys playing fetch all day. She wants someone who can let her run & play & let her rest at the end of the day cuddled up with lots of love! She is little shy at first but is very eager to please. SUPER SMART!! Xena prefers to be the ONLY animal so she can soak up all the attention! Would do EXCELLENT in Agility. Has been through basic obedience classes!
