Story
I adopted Finn from the Nashville Humane Association when he was 8 weeks old, and he was born on August 21, 2024. He has grown into a loving, energetic, and intelligent companion who thrives in an active environment. He loves playing outdoors, running, and fetch, and his loyal, big personality makes him a great companion. Finn is smart and eager to learn—he already waits for the command “Okay” before eating. He loves attention, exercise, and being around people. I’m looking for a home where he’ll get plenty of love and care. Whether you’re experienced with dogs or simply want a devoted companion, Finn will be a wonderful fit. He’s a truly special dog who deserves a home where he can thrive.

We call her beanie baby! She’s almost 10 year old border collie mix under 40 pounds. She’s a sweetheart gets along with all people and dogs. She does not jump and rarely barks. I am currently fostering her she was a client at my daycare/boarding facility and her owners can no longer care for her. We are looking for the best possible fit. She sleeps a lot but also still plays. Very good on leash, crate trained.

Story
Meet Kage, the ultimate good boy who's just so darn cute! This gentleman is a pro at house living, fully potty trained, and a master at walking on a leash and harness. He's a social butterfly, getting along famously with other dogs and loving those backyard playdates with his pals. Kage is a stunning mix of Lab and Border Collie, the perfect blend of intelligence and family-friendliness. He's just the right size, like a mini Lab or a slightly larger Border Collie. When you find two fantastic things that go together like peanut butter and jelly, you celebrate! Kage is that winning combo, and now you can celebrate by making him a cherished member of your family. His temperament is pure gold - sweet as honey with everyone he meets. Now, here's the scoop: Kage is a special needs pup, and he's looking for someone who can be with him about 90 percent of the time. Storms, rain, and loud noises send him into severe panic attacks, and he's been known to chew through walls when anxiety strikes. Crates aren't his jam because of past storm-related trauma. He's also dealing with seizures, so he's on medication for that. Kage would thrive in a local adoption, and he's best as a single dog with no cats or small animals around. He's a wonderful companion for older kids, and he loves nothing more than cuddles and long walks. He's got the whole house training thing down too. His foster mom adores him and has prepared him for his forever family as best she can. Now, the ball is in your court. Remember, when you adopt Kage, you're not just bringing home a good boy; you're giving him the loving, understanding home he deserves. Don't shop, adopt, because Kage's life depends on it! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Java is the sweetest boy who was rescued from the Memphis euthanasia room with just moments to spare. This little guy is eager to please and is a true people pleaser! He does great in his crate when his people are around and will settle down quietly after a bit of initial crying when they leave. Java loves playing with his foster siblings and has even made valiant attempts to befriend the cats by offering his blankets and toys—though they haven’t quite caught on to the idea of tug of war! He’s incredibly gentle and takes treats with the utmost care. While he’s still learning to walk on a leash, his food motivation makes him a quick study for training. Java is house-trained and crate-trained, as long as he’s promptly taken outside upon your return. Although he gets a bit distracted when someone is nearby during potty time, he’ll wait until he’s alone to do his business. . He’s the perfect size for cuddling in or near your lap and is usually able to get up on the couch by himself. This lovable pup is guaranteed to occupy every corner of your heart. Java would thrive in any home, especially one with children or another dog-friendly pet.   Medical Notes: Neutered Microchipped Vaccinated Heartworm negative Maintained on monthly preventatives Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 29, 2025, 11:15 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Deja is an adorable, energetic, cuddly puppy. In classic puppy fashion, plays hard and then crashes. She is still learning what’s a toy and what’s not, but takes redirection very well. She loves playing with other dogs and is learning to pick up canine cues from her foster sister. Deja is trying so hard on her potty training; when we go outside, she immediately pees. Then she gets a treat and pretends to pee multiple times in a row for extra treats :D On multiple occasions Deja has indicated that she wasn’t ready to come inside, ran off to go #2 in the yard, and then ran back to the house. She still has accidents in the house (pee only) but is getting better everyday.  The best thing about Deja is the cuddles. This puppy is a velcro dog who prefers a lap over any bed. She is happiest when she’s curled up with a human.  Deja has a fun personality and isn’t shy when she meets new people. She’s trying so hard to catch her own tail, she loves chasing stray leaves blowing across the yard, and she’s discovering her bark. She loves soft toys (especially if they roll) and is even willing to play fetch for a little bit, but she definitely needs good bones laying around to satisfy her natural instinct to chew.  Deja is a wonderful little pup who needs to find her forever home quickly so her new family doesn’t miss out on seeing this girl in her goofy puppy stage!   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 29, 2025, 3:00 pm

Story
Dixie is the cutest little thing! She was the runt of the litter but always the leader. Dixie's mom was a ridgeback mix who found herself pregnant and homeless. A nice lady in Louisiana found her and kept her thru the pregnancy until she had her beautiful babies. Dixie has such a fun, loving personality. She is great with kids! She's great on leash. She loves water. She would make an amazing agility dog. She is so fast and agile and quick to learn. She is going to stay small probably under 30 pounds. She was born Oct 1, 2023. She is also gorgeous with cool, unusual splashes of color and caramel eyes. The first step to meet and possibly foster or adopt Dixie is to fill out this application....link is below.... copy and paste into your browser: https://tinyurl.com/keelysadoptionday
