Story
I am looking to rehome my 2yo Border Collie mix named Gimmy. He is neutered, UTD with vax, microchipped, housebroken and crate trained. He also gets along with pretty much every dog he's ever met. I'm rehoming him bc he is an escape artist. He constantly digs my fence line and runs around. I live near a very busy road so I am scared he will get hit by a car. I've lined my fence line with barriers and cinderblocks, but he keeps finding a way and I just don't know what to do anymore. I work a full time job and go to school full time, so I normally let my pups hang out in the yard and they have all been really good up until about two months ago. Gimmy and my other dog, Elly, have just kept getting out everytime they're in the yard. My other dogs do not ever follow them. So I've decided to try and find him a home with someone who can keep a better eye on him or someone who has experience with escape artists.

Story
Leo is an silly playful male Border Collie mix that was born in April 2017. He loves to run, go on car rides and cuddle. He enjoys being with people and is a good fit for older children. Leo is already housebroken and would enjoy having a fenced in backyard. A privacy fence would be best. Leo prefers the company of big dogs over little ones. If you own another dog, we can do a meet and greet to see if they are compatible. Kitties, unfortunately, are not a good fit. Due to a genetic skin disorder, Leo must take medication every other day. For a wonderful dog like Leo, it is a small price to pay. Leo is anxious to have a family of his own. Will that be you?To adopt this pet, please go to hsnwga.org, 'Adoption' then 'Application for Adoption', to complete an online application to be preapproved. Due to the high volume of applications received, our Adoption Coordinator will only contact the applicant that best meets the needs of the pet.

Story
Indie is a 3.5 year old Australian Shepherd. He is a super loyal companion and loves nothing more than being around his people. He’s not a huge toy-lover, but he does love playing fetch, tug of war, and playing with dogs familiar to him. Indie is very protective of his people and his home. For that reason, he would do best living in a quieter area. He can be aggressive towards strangers and unfamiliar dogs, but is able to get to know new people (as long as they give him treats!) Indie will do great with an experienced dog owner who is comfortable with an anxious and reactive dog and able to give him the attention and training he needs. He is okay being home alone during the day and is not destructive or prone to accidents. Just know that if you’re gone for a long time, he’ll be SO a excited to see you when you come home!
