Story
Beth Approximately 9 years old  Easy going quiet girl once settled. Good with the other dogs. Plays with my dog First few days when arriving was anxious. We gave her 100 mg of trazadone which helped. Stopped after 4th day. She goes after my parrot and chickens.  We don't have cats   Barks at the horses and stays away from them. Traveling in car, she is eager to get in. She is quiet on country roads but whining in city stop and go traffic. Slow climbing stairs but has no trouble jumping on the couch, chair and bed. Her favorite place to sleep is in the chair and couch. See pics. Eats with the other dogs and is fine, no guarding. Feeding her 1cup twice a day. Kirkland lamb and rice. Good leash skills. Housetrained but likes to be out 4xday. Lovely gentle dog     January 10, 2025, 9:23 am

Story
Hello! My name is Denver!I`m a pretty cool dude and love to play fetch! I`m very good at it if I may say so myself. I am a sensitive guy and like stability and routine and not too much chaos. I am a real sweetheart and wag my tail when you talk silly to me. I am uncomfortable with a few things - vet visits, car rides, dogs when they`re too close, and sometimes visitors. But I`m very smart and quick to learn, so I`m looking for a home that has the patience and interest in helping me with training to feel safe in these common scenarios. I assure you it will be worth it as I will pay in snuggles.MY IDEAL HOME INVOLVES…CHILDREN: No, I`m looking for a calm, adult-only home.OTHER DOGS: No, I don’t enjoy the company of other dogs.CATS: Yes, I have lived with cats before.FIRST-TIME DOG OWNERS: No, I`m looking for a home that has previous dog experience.FENCED-IN YARD: Required.HOUSING ENVIRONMENT: No apartment buildings as I don`t like dogs in my personal bubble.SOMEONE HOME MOST OF THE DAY: Not necessarily.SOME OTHER THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT ME…ACTIVITY LEVEL: Medium.HOUSE-TRAINED: Yes, but expect accidents as I settle in.If you think I could be a good match for your home, click the `adopt me` button to apply!

Story
Tuna | around 12 weeks old| medium | GTA Hi, I'm Tuna! I'm just a typical puppy: I have big bursts of energetic play and then big naps! I'm full of love and enjoy being cuddled and loved on by all people. I am already learning basic commands and sleep peacefully through the night in my crate. I am not a barker and can usually find other ways to communicate with people! I'm a smart dog and a quick learner, and I'm eager to please and show how obedient I can be. My foster dog sibling is about ten times my size, but I still love to play with him. I'd love a home with another dog to play with. I'm confident and courageous, undaunted by things like vacuums and big stairs. If anything, I feel curious about new noises and experiences, and eager to investigate further. I love kids and it would be so great to be adopted by a family with kids! They're so fun and they don't get tired of playing with me! Of course, I'd also be happy in an adults-only home. Basically, I just need someone who can offer me lots of cuddles and a lap to nap in. Because I'm so smart and curious, I'd also love a family that will continue to teach me new things. Is joining your family my next big adventure? Apply for me here: https://form.jotform.com/pawsacrossthewater/adoption-application
