Story
This dog was left on a dirt road outside of town and the weather was about to be freezing snow and I couldn’t let him stay outside so I answered the post and went and rescued him. However, I do already have two other rescues and they are not doing so well with the new baby around and I have had to break up some fights between them. I don’t think that it’s Tripp causing it I think mine are just territorial and I don’t want any of them to hurt the other one. I don’t know Tripps story or where he came from, I honest don’t even know what breed he is but he is a very beautiful boy! Other than the aggressive behavior caused by my previous animals, this boy is so sweet and loving! He likes to cuddle when going to sleep…he has been spoiled to sleeping in bed with me just fyi! He does well with my younger dog and seems to be just fine with our chickens and goats and female dogs. He was very skinny when I got him two weeks ago and has since put on some pounds, he is very protective over food!

Story
Scarlet is 1 1/2 to 2 years old (January 16) and is possibly a Border Collie/Lab mix. -At the shelter since Summer 2023 with no interest. -Used to be shy and timid....now she is well socialized and loves to get all of your attention and she's not afraid to ask for it! -Energetic breed who would love a nice yard to run in and a family to love on. -35 pounds. -Gets along with other dogs! -She would love someone to snuggle up with on the couch! -She can walk on a leash, but it does need some work. -She would love kids to run around the yard with! -Video of Scarlet: https://youtube.com/shorts/ecTw12Lo6DU?feature=share As with all of our dogs, please bring any children and/or dogs to meet Scarlet. Even though she is in video with her sister, Sadie, they do not need to be adopted together. I did get them mixed up in the video; Sadie is all black on face, Scarlet has white on nose. Scarlet is spayed, vaccinated, wormed, and tested heartworm negative on January 14. If you are interested in adopting Scarlet, please fill out an online application here if you can come to Tishomingo, Oklahoma to adopt: https://forms.gle/3kVetybjBDAnwzjF9 If you would need Scarlet transported to you (Northeast, Midwest, Pacific Northwest), please fill out this application: https://form.jotform.com/243134969050053 After filling out your application, you can text/call Annetta 580-257-0622 or email luckypawsdoghouse@gmail.com
